Professional as usual. Pulled up and went through what needed to be done including can they install new plate lights in which I had brought the replacements with m as usual. Service wait was reasonable somewhat but they knocked off $20 on the alignment service bc my Fit only had that in the front for some reason. Let me use the 10% coupon w/no problem also. We went to Gunn twice, the first time to begin our research of all vans. We worked wirh Kevin both times, buying a 2018 Honda Odyessy the 2nd time. I have to agree the positive reviews were right! Everyone treated us well, Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Van and never hesitated to answer any of our questions even when they were quite direct. Zach in financing was very helpful and straightforward about financing the car. We've all had a bad car buying experience in the past - working with Gunn was a breath of fresh air, a pleasure!
