I have put off getting a new car for over 6 years because the process is so draining. Gunn Honda made this experience unbelievable. They made me feel as if I was the most important person in the world and th the process is so draining. Gunn Honda made this experience unbelievable. We went to see the difference between the passport and pilot. They wouldn’t unlock the vehicles for us to look inside of the 2 without getting our information. The salesman said it was protocol and all the dealerships do it. We buy cars often I’ve never heard of that. We’re talking about a Honda passport here not a Ferrari. We’re not talking about a weekend long test drive. Just to get the keys to unlock the doors so we can see the interior. They wanted thousands more than other Honda dealerships anyways. No way we take a step in that place again More
