I was pleased to meet Service Advisor: 412 Emily A Rueth who, kept me informed throughout the Multi-Point inspection. She also reminded me, I had 8 service visits remaining, under the Maintenance Plan. Be who, kept me informed throughout the Multi-Point inspection. Besides having the oil & filter changed, etc., the top piece of the door panel was repaired and all this was completed rather quickly.
