Oil change and recall work When I bought my truck I also purchased 15 prepaid oil changes along with some other services. Last summer we moved to Wisconsin Dells so I have been When I bought my truck I also purchased 15 prepaid oil changes along with some other services. Last summer we moved to Wisconsin Dells so I have been driving to Fort Atkinson from the Dells for oil changes for over a year. When I scheduled my most recent oil change also scheduled some recall work to be done from a notice I had received. I scheduled both to be done 9 days in advance and was told it would take about 2 hours to complete. After waiting an hour and a half, I was told that the recall work could not be completed because they did not have a part that was needed. I am disappointed about this. I would think that someone would have checked if everything needed to complete the recall work was available, especially when it was scheduled 9 days in advance. Now I will have to reschedule the the recall work for the next time I come down for an oil change. Also, I was supposed to get a car wash as part of the prepaid package but did not get one. More
