Looked at a picture to diagnose coolant leak I had dropped off my 2012 f350 with the 6.7l powerstroke engine with a slow coolant drip in hope of a quick repair. I was called back within two hours I had dropped off my 2012 f350 with the 6.7l powerstroke engine with a slow coolant drip in hope of a quick repair. I was called back within two hours time that by looking at a picture my coolant leak was diagnosed. They told me they would have to drop the transmission and pull the engine in order to do repairs. Unfortunately I know enough myself that Ford specifically designed those trucks to be able to take the cab off the chassis for wide open access to the engine bay. It's extremely concerning that a dealership does no have a technician that is certified or has any remote idea about their current engine system in their heavy duty trucks. More

Emergency service I was stranded in Whitewater. I contacted my dealership in Fort and they arranged for a tow truck to transport the van and myself to the dealership. I was stranded in Whitewater. Upon arrival I was greeted by the employee Kay who informed me they would look at it and imform me as to the problem. She then arranged a ride for me to get home. Later that day I was told about what was wrong and that I could pick up the van between the hours of 8-12. When I arrived to pick up the van I was presented with the bill and shown the work done and that our insurance ,which was purchased at the time of purchasing our van , would pay everything except 105.00 a total of savings to us of 530.00. My experience with Griffin Ford was excellent. Everyone was curious and knowledgable. More
