Hello Adam, We are disappointed to hear you are dissatisfied with your experience with our Collision Center. Our team always works their hardest to repair your vehicle to high quality industry standards, but because your repairs were being paid for by an insurance company, we can only perform work they will authorize and pay for. It's always unfortunate when an accident occurs, but because we can only repair what we are contracted to repair by the insurance, it isn't possible for us to do restoration work on an older classic car that the insurance company didn't authorize. We know Maynard and his team did do some additional work that Haggerty Insurance did not pay us for as a gesture of goodwill, but until Haggerty Insurance agrees to authorize payment for anything else, our hands are tied. We hope you understand that we pride ourselves on doing quality work, and that is our goal, but this is a contractual repair situation that we cannot control.
