Satisfied customer I recently took my truck in for some power drive warranty work. As before, with my working hours, they shuttled me to work as a courtesy. The mechanics I used before had no idea that the wrong size tires were on my vehicle because they had lost the original work order with the size I gave them. Griffin fixed the issue by adjusting the vehicle to the larger size and fixed my start stop issue which the last mechanics couldn’t figure out. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. As promised & more Purchased a new vehicle for my employer - did a bit of online shopping before finding the vehicle of choice on Griffin's lot. Next issue, we couldn't close the deal until our new fiscal year began, July 1st. No big deal for Tim & Griffin Ford, "we'll save it for you." Next, we made arrangements to pick up the new vehicle on a Thursday morning (Tim's scheduled day off, though he said he'd come in). Monday afternoon of that same week, we identified that we could really use the new vehicle on Tuesday morning. A phone call to Griffin was all that it took and they altered plans, had the vehicle prepped and paperwork ready by early Monday evening to close the sale. No hassle, no pressure & willing to meet the customers needs - the way a new car buying purchasing experience should be! I'd recommend Tim Maney, or any of his Griffin Ford sales associates, for your next car buying experience. More
