Unethical I repeatedly told both Leo and Jeff we didn't want Powertrain warranty.But, guess what was added when we went back to finance? Got home reviewed the paperwork and they sold the car for $1000 more than I had agreed. I've tried contacting them today, no one has returned my call. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I will continue to contact the owner ( no one member of management has urgency to handle this quicker) until we get something resolved. More

Electric window stopped working late on Friday afternoon I took my car into the service center (with no appointment) and explained the window went down and only came up half way and was stuck. Jarrell, the I took my car into the service center (with no appointment) and explained the window went down and only came up half way and was stuck. Jarrell, the service tech, was great, and told me they would keep the car (since it was raining outside) and check it on Monday. Bad Salesmanship I purshased a 2015 Kia Otima Saturday afternoon my insurance company was closed. Mr. Willard couldn't wait till I get off work to get the full coverag I purshased a 2015 Kia Otima Saturday afternoon my insurance company was closed.
