better the second time around just bought our second car from Riverchase Kia. The first time was a new car and the salesman was really aggressive and I didn't get a good deal. The service department has made up for that bad experience and the salesman is no longer there. The van we just bought is great. The salesman was brand new and not at all aggressive. We got a good deal, below KBB. When they were detailing the car, they found that the brake pads needed to be replaced and did so. When we test drove the van we discovered the rotors were bad and they were also replaced. Inspected again and a headlight was out and was replaced. Everything is now like brand new and we love this vehicle. Bought the optional drive train warranty for about $35 per month, piece of mind if nothing else. Interest rate was 4 points lower than we have on the new car. Woody was a lot of help. More

Unethical I repeatedly told both Leo and Jeff we didn't want Powertrain warranty.But, guess what was added when we went back to finance? Powertrain warranty, I I repeatedly told both Leo and Jeff we didn't want Powertrain warranty.But, guess what was added when we went back to finance? Powertrain warranty, I said something about it. Got home reviewed the paperwork and they sold the car for $1000 more than I had agreed. I've tried contacting them today, no one has returned my call. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. I will continue to contact the owner ( no one member of management has urgency to handle this quicker) until we get something resolved. More

Electric window stopped working late on Friday afternoon I took my car into the service center (with no appointment) and explained the window went down and only came up half way and was stuck. Jarrell, the I took my car into the service center (with no appointment) and explained the window went down and only came up half way and was stuck. Jarrell, the service tech, was great, and told me they would keep the car (since it was raining outside) and check it on Monday. He kept me updated, recommended other needed service and was great to deal with. Kudos to Jarrell and Riverchase Kia for great service. More

Mr. Willard couldn't wait till I get off work to get the full coverage insurance for my used car, he just talked to me with an attitude and basically suggested I was a liar that I wasn't with Acc insurance co.and was threatening to take my car.
