During the final stage of the purchase we dealt with Jeffrey Williams, the F & I Manager, who was very disrespectful to Mr. Willard and in turn to me and my family. Jeffrey said, "that fool", referring to Mr. Willard in our presence while Mr. Willard was outdoors. If it had not been for Mr. Willard and my daughter, I would have left that car on the car lot.
