Every time I go in for an oil change I’m treated like a burden and they ask me to sign a document agreeing to $200 in fuel additives, oil additives, and other useless nonsense when all of my maintenance is already included. Whoever runs this place has zero shame. Absolutely predatory. They have ruined the brand for me. More
