Then when I finally got in touch with them they told me they could not “duplicate” what was wrong with my car so they couldn’t do anything . I went in with transmission issues, car not shifting . They put 20 miles on my car and told me basically they know nothing . I finally was like nah let me come get my car . Worst service ever More
Made our first service appointment on our 2025 Kia Soul. Arrived on time after our 2 hour commute to be told we needed to wait 4 hours for our free oil and filter change.
