The work that was done was decent once completed, however the process to get there was extremely painful. I got an assessment and ordered the parts with them. One of the service people told me he placed the the process to get there was extremely painful. I got an assessment and ordered the parts with them. One of the service people told me he placed the order. When I came back, they had no record of ordering the parts, so I worked with them to pre-pay and order the parts properly. At this point I was ready to say this was a fluke accident. However, when I came back again they could not find a record of the parts being ordered. Thankfully I had my itemized receipt and they eventually found them (after telling me they didn’t have the parts and that they were probably sent away). The work got done, but they skimped on the details (for example, I had tape on one of the areas I needed fixed and they didn’t bother removing that when they took care of the area). It was a mediocre experience - the people were relatively friendly but very disorganized and chaotic compared to other experiences I’ve had in other places in the past. I personally will not return here. More
Buying a car can be stressful, but Simo and the Kia west team made it one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I changed my mind at the last minute, they never made me feel like a bu team made it one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I changed my mind at the last minute, they never made me feel like a burden or pressured me into settling. Instead, Simo and Karem his sales manager went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They even drove 180 miles to get my car, and when we hit a registration issue, Maher the finance manager joined in and stayed until almost 10 p.m. so I could go home in it that night. Every challenge was met with a proactive solution, kindness, and genuine care. It’s rare to find people who treat you like more than just a sale. Thank you for your honesty, patience, and dedication. You didn’t just earn my business—you completely changed my opinion of car dealerships. More
