He had to go inside an office to ask about every question or request and most requests were only half responded. Customer Service is a Shame. Car prep had 2 days and did a shotty job. Instead of cleaning the floor mats that were very nice, they threw them away. The glove compartment was full of past maintenance receipts, when we received the car, they threw away all past receipts. We were supposedly sold a car with a 60,000 mile warranty. After asking 3 times for this in writing, we were given a fotocopy of an ad that had nothing to do with showing the car had a warranty. We were thinking of buying another car but I will not ever use this dealership again and will never give any positive comments about our experience. This is not all a reflection of the salesman, he seemed stumped most of the time, and this was a seasoned representative of the dealership. When a client asks a question, he should NEVER feel as if it is a stupid question. Clients questions and concerns should be dealt with with respect. We felt that many questions were handled from the point of view that we were idiots. More
Came in for a new key bc mine broke, ended up having my car sitting there for almost 3 weeks because wrong part kept getting delivered. Agreed on a $400 price to get a new key and then was first told they car sitting there for almost 3 weeks because wrong part kept getting delivered. Agreed on a $400 price to get a new key and then was first told they couldn’t figure out how to program a fob and Tony offered me to trade in my car (which is ridiculous). Then he tells me he got the key fob to work (the buttons didn’t though) but it would be $800. Spoke to the manager and the best price he could offer me was over $600 after we agreed on $400 for the key initially and that my car had been there for over 3 weeks. Communication was absolutely horrendous as I would have to reach out for ANY updates. Ended up going to a different dealership. Spent over $600 on Ubers over that 3 week span and it seemed there was no urgency or care for my situation. Other dealership was able to get the key done THE SAME DAY. Also asked for an oil change when I brought the car in and that wasn’t even on file. Disappointed overall. More
I started my sales experience with Luis who was kind and personable. Eventually I was in communication with Jeremy who closed the deal. Jeremy came in on a Sunday, which he told me he does not typically w personable. Eventually I was in communication with Jeremy who closed the deal. It would’ve been helpful if he was more knowledgeable about the car, but I do have the manual to go through if I want to learn more. The car was not detailed well which was a disappointment, I explained this to Jeremy, who did his best to clean it, which showed his understanding and his willingness to help. Thank you again!! More
