If it wasn't for Javier there wouldn't have been a deal. The salesperson I had was not interested in explaining the figures etc just wanted a sale! Javier had to step in. Finance Manager was phenomenal! More

Thank you for the response. I have actually dealt with Mark Foster on another issue with Kia before a few years ago, and although that was a horrible experience— I will say that Mark was excellent. I am still waiting on a call back that the part is ready so I can get the recall done. It is very disheartening to receive a letter from Corporate Kia recalling your vehicle for a part that they state is so concerning that you should park away from other vehicles and homes because your car is a plausible implosion hazard; and then to have brought the car in by premade appointment only to be sent away because they don’t have this critical part. I look forward to expediently fixing this issue. Thanks.
