If it wasn't for Javier there wouldn't have been a deal. The salesperson I had was not interested in explaining the figures etc just wanted a sale! Javier had to step in. Highly disorganized. Also, they made safety-related mistakes that are unacceptable. I received a recall letter. I set up the appt for this recall part. The appt was accepted for the afternoon. I get there, and they don’t have the part. Jessica not good not comfortable with my service received. Two days after appt my car had red lights come on dash never experienced since I had car.
