This has been the single worst dealership experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle into the service department for a simple interior handle replacement, and they managed to ruin the interior door have ever had. This is now my third time returning to this dealership for the exact same issue. Every time they attempt to fix the scratch they caused, they make it significantly worse. I have completely wasted my time coming back here every single week for three consecutive weeks now. Their service department lacks quality control, attention to detail, and basic competence. If you value your time and your vehicle, avoid this service department at all costs. More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex in the Appointment Center at Kia North. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, Appointment Center at Kia North. I had called several times trying to make an appointment and kept getting transferred to voicemail, disconnected, or not reaching the right person. When I finally got Alex on the phone, he tried to transfer me, but when it didn't work, he didn't just send me back through the system. He actually told me, "Give me a second," and walked over to the service department himself to make sure I got connected with someone who could help. What really stood out was that he didn't stop there. He followed up with me afterward to make sure my appointment was scheduled and everything was taken care of. Alex was friendly, genuine, patient, and just easy to talk to. He never made me feel rushed and honestly made a frustrating situation so much easier. By the end of the call, it felt like I was talking to someone I'd known for years. Kia North is lucky to have him. Employees like Alex are hard to find. If you call and get Alex in customer appointments, you're in good hands. He'll make sure it gets done. Thanks again, Alex. You're the man! More

I didn't work with Barry Brown. I worked with Amar Phillips. Amar was great, patient, and not pushy. He had answers to most of my questions and found answers for the rest. If Barry is the other dude who tried to stop us from walking out on Tuesday, didn't care for him; way too pushy. It made my wife uncomfortable and she didn't return Saturday because she didn't want to deal with him. You almost lost our business there. I witnessed the cashier lady raise her voice at Amar because she was frustrated. As a business owner, I would be mortified if my employees acted like that with a customer. Y'all need to streamline your paperwork process. I had to fill out the same info on multiple different forms; that should transfer. I saw Amar have to log into multiple computers, systems, etc. The main desktop should be on and logged in so the E-Delivery process goes smoothly and that info should already be pre-filled from the multiple other times I find the form. I understand the dealership is under construction but for the love of God, keep better track of which lot your cars are at and what you have in stock. Finally, I spent 2 hrs literally just sitting there when I could have been given the warranty information and financial information to review in the meantime, but I had to come back the next day to finish that. It is wholely inefficient. More

I’ve been to many car dealers in the last 6 decades, and Greenway is certainly in the top 3. They found the exact car I wanted, sent someone to pick it up and I was comfortable waiting.
