This manager presented me with a false credit approval so that I would proceed with the down payment and return the next day to pick up the car. When I returned the next day, already emotionally involved with the purchase and with my wife, to my surprise he said it wasn't approved. However, nothing had changed from the situation a few hours earlier; only that now I was emotionally involved, with a payment already made, which makes it mentally and even bureaucratically more difficult to back out. I see numerous other complaints on this page from the same person with similar situations of misconduct. If this agency had even a minimum of rules and composure, it should have already taken a decision to stop this type of practice! More
