I'v purchased a number of cars over my life time and only came across 2 sales persons that have totally gave me the greatest sales experince of a life time. One being on the west coast and one on the east c came across 2 sales persons that have totally gave me the greatest sales experince of a life time. One being on the west coast and one on the east coast, Mr. Aubrey Taylor. The thing that sets him apart from all the others is he listens to the "customer". I've asked him to be fair and honest with me and he did just that; in my book he is the example that sell persons should follow. Keep him, he's an asset to the company! More
We came in wanting to trade in our 2002 Dodge Ram for a new Charger. John Stark was very attentive, friendly, well-knowledged, enthusiatic, understanding to our needs, and willing to work with us to get us new Charger. John Stark was very attentive, friendly, well-knowledged, enthusiatic, understanding to our needs, and willing to work with us to get us the best possible deal. We walked out of there with the exact type of car we wanted and we are thoroughly enjoying our new ride! Just want to say thanks again to John Stark for excellent customer service and we are sure to recommend him to any of our friends and family who may be in the market for new vehicles. My wife and I have wanted a new Challenger since its first introduction a few years ago. When the “2009 R/T Classic Edition” was introduced we knew this was it. In mid February we went in and talked to first introduction a few years ago. When the “2009 R/T Classic Edition” was introduced we knew this was it. In mid February we went in and talked to Ray Kantowski about ordering one in the limited edition B5 Blue color, this option opened up in the first week of March and the order was submitted. Now the real fun began, Chrysler files bankruptcy, the plants shut down, all orders cancelled or on hold, Chrysler emerges out of bankruptcy in early May, Car is Built and arrives at Greenbrier Dodge on June 20th and we drive home with it on June 22nd. The whole time the car was on order Ray would constantly E-mail me on car status during bankruptcy and the building process, he and everyone else that we came in contact with at the dealership always treated us like we were family. The day that we picked the car up Kevin Thomas had all paper work completed all of the cars Nav and Sat Radio working and programmed the wife’s cell phone to the u-Connect for her, so all we had to do was sign and drive away. In mid October I get a Coupon from Ray for a Free Oil Change, Call and set up an appointment for 7:30 AM on a Friday, 2 days before the appointment Erica from Service calls and lets me know that there are 2 ”RRT’s” (not recalls but upgrades) they would take about 2 hours to do all work. Day of service the car was taken in at 7:30 AM and I was leaving the dealership at 9:00AM. I have bought many Dodge vehicles over the years and the majority at Virginia Beach Dodge starting with a 1978 W100 4x4 (they were Thompson Royal Dodge then ) and the last one there, My 2004 Ram 1500 4x4, shortly after that they were sold to Hall and the majority of the former ownership and staff moved to Greenbrier Dodge and because I was treated like family then, my family followed them to Greenbrier and every time we would go into the dealership for either my wife’s, step-daughter or daughters Neons, (thanks for all the help John Ogden, who has moved on and Reggie Wilkins) we would always be treated like family. So as long as Dodge is still in business and the current ownership stays in place at Greenbrier they will always get my business. More

My husband and I looked at many dealerships to purchase just the right car. Many dealerships we visited didnt seem to try very hard to earn our business, or get us the car we knew we wanted. When we went just the right car. Many dealerships we visited didnt seem to try very hard to earn our business, or get us the car we knew we wanted. When we went to Reggie and AC we told them exactly what we wanted and they exceeded our expectations. They worked very hard to make sure we got exactly what we asked for and more. During the negotiating phase of it a owner stepped in and wanted to make sure we were 110% happy with what they came up with. Everyone seemed very happy to help any ways they could to make sure we were happy with everything. I will recommend them to everyone as well as go back when we are ready to buy again. More

The rating I gave today was based on my experience 10 years ago and yesterday. Over 10 years ago, I was a single mom, raising two daughters, on one income. I shopped around for a new vehicle. My credi years ago and yesterday. Over 10 years ago, I was a single mom, raising two daughters, on one income. I shopped around for a new vehicle. My credit was not very good at the time, It was hard paying bills, but I had to have a reliable car. I had good credit with Chrysler Credit from a previous purchase, so on this purchase they were able to offer me credit again. When I went to Greenbrier Dodge, the representative was not pushy and understood my plight, and fought to get me a new car in my price range. Within one day I was approved and able to sign for my new car. Myself and my daughters were estatic about our brand new 1999 Dodge Neon. Over the years I have heard about Neon's getting a bad rap, but I must have been blessed that day as my 1999 Dodge Neon is still running with 130,000 miles plus purchased from Greenbrier Dodge. It has been driven by two teenage girls, myself and had a few bumps along the way with teenage girls, running into bushes and things. But through the years I have only had to do the minor repairs that all cars experience. Greenbrier Dodge has stayed in touch with me over the years and always made sure I was aware of service specials, sales specials, and any other info. I was lucky during those years and had my father do all the oil changes and other sorts of thing that needed done. He owned his own shop. I cant remember if I ever had to use Greenbrier Dodges service department but I know if I had they would have been at the top of their game too. My over all experience with Greenbrier Dodge was amazing to say the least. It is very heartening to know that someone was kind enough to fight for me and my kids so that we would have a car that would last us through, Middle School, High School and College, Now I will even have it when my first Grandchild is born, next June. My recommendation to any buyer is that Greenbrier Dodge will take the time to work with you, keep you aprised of any new specials and make sure you car has the best car care needed after purchase. Yesterday, my husband and I were looking for a used truck for his lawn maintenance business. He has had his business for 19 years. My husband has two old trucks that are on their last legs. In another time we would have only wanted to purchase a new vehicle but with the economy we can only purchase a used truck due to financial limitations. We went to Greenbrier Dodge first, we could have gone to any other dealer along the way as we live in virginia beach and Greenbrier Dodge is in Chesapeake, but I encouraged my husband to look their first. I had spoken to the Sales Manager earlier that day and he encouraged us to come and look at what he had on his lot. The dealer hours were closed but we happened to be lucky that Reggie, the Asst Sales Manager was still in ready to close. It was Saturday night, he could have easily left as the dealership was closed, but he and another rep. came out greated us and began giving my husband the info he needed on these vehicles. Reggie spent over 45 minutes with my husband answering all is questions and concerns. He offered to pull the car facts for us and will call my husband on Monday morning. My husband was impressed with his professionalism and we left with a good feeling. We are doing a little research on the Dodge Ram 1500 as my husband pulls a load each day with his business, so if the research finds that the truck and its transmission can handle the load, we will again purchase another vehicle from Greenbrier Dodge. To close I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. When the economy changes and hopefully, I find a better job, My desire is to purchase a new vehicle for myself again, hopefully a Dodge Challenger. That style of car brings back memories of my childhood at the drag races. Thank you for your time, professionalism and hard work. Very Satisfied Customer Karen S. Baird More
Dear Dealerrater Cusotmer Service Rep, I truly Dear Dealerrater Cusotmer Service Rep, I truly feel that my Sales Representative, Reggie Wilkins, as well as the Greenbrier Dodge Sales Manager Dear Dealerrater Cusotmer Service Rep, I truly feel that my Sales Representative, Reggie Wilkins, as well as the Greenbrier Dodge Sales Manager on duty the night of 2 November truly went the "extra step" to close the deal and ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. They are a very motivated sales staff who, through several phone calls preceeding my arrival to the dealership, made sure that everything discussed on the phone (Internet sales) was exactly what was presented when my wife and I arrived to the showroom. They had the paperwork logically arranged and completed the sale very efficiently. I have to say that my visit today to Greenbrier Dodge was the absolute BEST experience of my numerous new car purchase to date. It even topped a recent new vehicle purchase from CARMAX- the advertised "no haggle" experience. As for the vehicle price- I know every customer wants to walk away feeling like they received a great deal and I am no exeception. Through a generous trade-in value, use of available Dodge incentives and customer cash allowance, and a decent financing rate, I achieved my target pricepoint for what I consder a satisying deal. One final hope is for this positive customer experience to extend to the Greeenbrier Dodge Service Department. Professional "service after the sale" should not just be a TV tag line. Thanks Reggie and staff! With Regards, Joe Weisenburger Windsor, VA More
