Casi has helped us purchase 2 vehicles now and is always a pleasure to work with, doing whatever he can to make us happy in our purchase and make things as easy on us as he can. Financing for us has been relatively simple considering all that goes into it on the dealership's end; behind the scenes there are multiple people working together ensuring that we get the best deal. We have literally gone in and left within a matter of a few short hours with financing set up and papers signed, in our new vehicle. After 4 vehicles purchased through them, it never even occurs to us to go to another dealership, we just automatically head to Greenbrier Dodge. More
First, let me say that I had a bad experiance at this dealership years ago. But after looking at both the Ford and Chevrolet dealers and not finding what I wanted at an affordable price, I decided to giv dealership years ago. They had the type of truck I wanted and made it affordable. What a great place to purchase a vehicle. Dean Ausfresser was not one of those "pushy" sales persons that make vehicle purchasing a nightmare. He worked with me and soon we had a deal. There was one problem that I needed taken care of and Tom Roberson took care of solving the problem. Then came the dreaded meeting with the finance guy. Brandon Blythe (aka Donny Osmond)was really fun to work with. He's very personable and made the paying part a pleasure, if that's possible. Dan Orr in service took care of getting the tires replaced. After a couple of times of receiving the wrong tires, he got the job done. He made sure that I was completely satisfied and was so eager to please. I look forward to meeting with these people again. I was extremely satisfied with all the people I met there and would definately recomend this dealership. More

I was introduced to Greenbrier Dodge by my father in law. Having a prior working relationship with the Manager there he introduced me following my third tour overseas. From that point I was taken to Winfred "Tony the Tiger" Toney and am now driving my 2010 Ram 3500. Winfred showed interest in my careers and made the sale more personal and professional. He did not try to shove anything down my throat or steer me into another direction. He was honest as to the accessories of my vehicle and allowed me to create what I wanted. The whole team at Greenbrier Dodge from the managers to sales to finance to service all helped me to achieve hapiness with my new and most likely permanent truck. Let me start by annotating that if you don't at least check them out in your shopping around endeavors then you are doing yourself a great dis-service. No, I do not work for them and oddly enough my new vehicle was purchased from another dealership as I already mentioned. However due to the professionalism and straight-forward talk I experienced I was inclined to share. I worked with AC Bell- Sales person, Susan Odeh- Internet Manager, Tom Roberson-Desk manager, and Barry Schimmel- General Manager. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle there I could kick myself because of not only the cost savings I could have gotten but also the outstanding customer service I experienced was top notch! I was and continue to be so impressed that I'm actually switching my after purchase services to them. They are responsive and as I see it willing to work with you in whatever it takes to earn you as a customer. They have earned me. Oh yeah, Erica one of the customer service reps there actually called me three times in one day until I was satisfied with a question that I had in switching my future service needs over to them. Very impressive in a world where it's like pulling nails to get a response after the deal (one of the issues I had with the other dealership). Bottom line is don't fall victim to the (I should have checked them out) syndrome like I did. I am a seasoned manager myself and consider myself well versed in the dealing game.
