My husband took me to the dealership to pick up some floor mats for our Jeep. I was waiting in the car when Ricky came out and said that my hsuband was going to be a bit longer and wanted me to wait in floor mats for our Jeep. When I entered the showroom, there was this sweet looking Dodge Challenger sitting there. Ricky asked if I liked it and offered to show me the features in the car. The leather seats, the sunroof, the satellite radio, the navigation system. He explained all the features and pressed the "Going Home" button on the navigation, which showed my home address. If finally hit me, the car was for me. The entire staff was in on it and made what was a fabulous gift from my husband into a truly memorable experience. My husband said that everyone, from the sales staff to the finance department worked to make his gift a reality including all the additions in the time frame he gave them. Ricky called a few days later to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if I had any questions. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Greenbrier Dodge. Last month my girlfriend and I dropped by Greenbrier Dodge so I could check out the inventory of trucks. Within minutes we were met by Ricky "Happy Feet" Griffin. Before we took one of the trucks out fo Dodge so I could check out the inventory of trucks. Within minutes we were met by Ricky "Happy Feet" Griffin. Before we took one of the trucks out for a test drive, Ricky went over the different features in detail, including some important safety features. After then test drive I decided I wanted to buy the 1500 SLT Crew Cab. I bought the truck and feel I got a good deal. Ricky was very nice to me and my girlfriend during the entire process.Everything Ricky promised me (Floor Mats, Hat) I recieved. Later after arriving home my girlfriend and I both agreed that buying a truck from Ricky at Greenbrier Dodge was a good experience. I went to look at a 2009 Ram 1500 Sport demo vehicle. I set up an appointment time during my lunch hour. I was told it would be there and "all cleaned up" and waiting for me. Went to the dealership a little early hoping to get back to work on time. Talked to the sales manager and he stated that the vehicle wasn't here, but was on its way. I waited around, at their insistence that it was just around the corner, for almost an hour. The truck finally showed up and I found out that the owner had "lent" it to a friend which happened to own the cinema cafe movie theater right down the street. While I looked over the (filthy!) vehicle, I kept getting pressured by a very young salesman to whom I had been pawned off, that I needed to hurry so they could get the truck back and so he could actually get a sale. I was amazed by how rude he was. I was on a time crunch, so I told him I would think about it. Upon return Saturday, while waiting to speak to the internet sales person (with whom I had set up the appointment) I was wandering around the show room. I was completely in awe at the language that was generating from the sales tower across the showroom to a few of the sales reps. All I could think is that I was glad I had left my young children at home. The conversation contained multiple "F" bombs and related to how "trashed" they had gotten. I didn't know what to do. That is when I heard someone in the "tower" tell a salesman (evidently attempting to make a deal), "If they don't like the price, tell them to buy somewhere else." I was amazed at how rude the entire staff seemed to be. Needless to say, I walked out and went to another Dodge dealer. I ordered my truck brand new from the factory with the options I wanted, received it at my door in less than four weeks, paid just slightly more than what I was quoted for Greenbrier Dodge's demo, and couldn't be happier. More
I was in search of a specific 2010 Dodge Challenger for my son's graduation present. This dealership went out of its way to locate and deliver the exact car in less than one week. I was able to get a very good trade in value without excessive resistance, and the closer / finance director also worked with me to reduce warranty-type costs (service plan, paint/interior protection, etc) by almost 60% of the original asking price (albeit not without some good bartering on my part). The new car was ready within a resonable amount of time on deal day, to include a minor adjustment needed for the placement of a state vehicle inspection sticker. All in all, an enjoyable car buying experience and a very happy graduate. More
Greg Lee is the reason Greenbriar Dodge has an excellent Service Department. My wife and I went to this dealership in search for a Dodge Caliber. We realized that particular vehicle was too small and we were immediately introduced to the Dodge Journey.
