I purchased a 2010 Tahoe several years ago and was talked in the service program. I brought my vehicle into the "express" oil change lane for its first oil change. There was no "Express" about it. 3 1/2 in the service program. I brought my vehicle into the "express" oil change lane for its first oil change. There was no "Express" about it. 3 1/2 hours later it was done. Talked to service manager who was very uncaring about the time. Second oil change was an hour and a half. Today went for the third and asked if it was going to be an extended time. Was told there was one vehicle in front of me. I waited for and hour in the customer area and then walked around. I saw my vehicle with it hood up and a funnel in the oil spout. OK. Almost done. Wrong. The 3 mechanics were standing by the vehicle giggling and talking. Waited a half our and still no work on vehicle. I talk to a customer who came in after me and he told me that he was in for an oil change and inspection and it took one hour. I went to the mechanics and asked if the vehicle was done. I was told that the oil dispensing machine broke down. Another mechanic was walking by and he said that there was oil on the counter in the parts area. The mechanics went to get the oil and fifteen minutes later the vehicle was finished finally. Then took service adviser 15 minutes to figure out the paper work. If you want an "express" change don't go here. Unfortunately I have two more oil changes on my contract so I HAVE to go. Would no recommend to anyone. More
This is the second time my car has broken down due to a recalled part(fuel pump). 2 years ago I actually paid out of pocket to get this part replaced. I have been trying to get my truck fixed since October recalled part(fuel pump). 2 years ago I actually paid out of pocket to get this part replaced. I have been trying to get my truck fixed since October 2020. I went to have an oil change and advised my engine light was on. Long story short my engine light was on because of the recalled fuel pump(which they were going to charge me $165 to run the code that I had already looked up and confirmed to be the issue by another shop while I waited for Dodge to reply) needless to say that didn’t have the part then in October. Fast forward to now January still nothing. My truck won’t start or stay on. I’ve called the dealership several times leaving messages for Cameron (Manager) and the service department for answers. I keep being advised the part isn’t in or no response at all. I was unable to even travel for the Holidays. My truck has been parked for over a month. Finally got an appointment in a week and this is just to determine what size of part is needed which is confusing being that Dodge sent the notice of recalled the part in the first place and the second time in 2 years. This has to be a joke!!! More
