At the sale, they wrote the paperwork up for the wrong car so we had to do it again. When I took one of their mailed service ads in, they refused to honor the deal. car so we had to do it again. When I took one of their mailed service ads in, they refused to honor the deal. More

I purchased a Ram 1500 about a month ago. I was very impressed with Brandon's honesty and integrity. I waited to send this review because I wanted to see if I was just a number or did Brandon care about impressed with Brandon's honesty and integrity. I waited to send this review because I wanted to see if I was just a number or did Brandon care about his customers. He has checked in on me several time to make sure thing were ok with my truck. He could have tried to sell me any truck. Instead he listened to what I had to say and directed me to the truck that was best suited for me. I am from the old school where honesty, integrity and respect meant something. It is good to know these values still exist with some people. Mr Brandon Jackson has those qualities. Go to Greenbrier Dodge ask for him by name. I will buy my next vehicle there. Thank you. R. Shelton More
Completely Unsatisfied I bought a used 2019 Dodge Ram Big Horn from Whitten Brothers in Midlothian VA in March 2020. The truck only has around 6000 miles as of today. This w I bought a used 2019 Dodge Ram Big Horn from Whitten Brothers in Midlothian VA in March 2020. The truck only has around 6000 miles as of today. This weekend after returning from the store after parking the truck in the driveway, I smelled gasoline. Upon inspection of the underside, I discovered gas pouring down from somewhere off the top of the tank. I moved the truck into the street where the gasoline eventually stopped leaking. I finally got the truck to Greenbrier Dodge in Chesapeake VA on Monday. By the way, the truck started leaking gas again when I started it up while putting it on the tow truck. After countless phone calls to the Dodge service department to find out what was causing the leak, I was told today (24 hours later) that the "fuel pump" and "fuel tank" were "cracked" and needed to be replaced. I have not had the opportunity to inspect the faulty parts, but a fuel pump casing and tank don't just crack. This is a new truck with only residential and freeway miles. There is no excuse for this faulty workmanship and/or parts. A gasoline leak of this magnitude could have been a disaster if fire was involved. I was lucky to discover it when I did...while the truck was shut down. One wonders if this could happen to other Dodge Ram trucks assembled at the same location and time frame. The level of attention of this incident needs to be raised. This was a HAZARDOUS INCIDENT! Oh by the way, at the Dodge Dealership in Greenbrier, stated that the repairs will take at least another 5-7 days to complete the repairs. They did not offer to provide a loaner vehicle until I asked. And even then, they said that there were no loaner vehicles currently available. I traded in my 2003 Ford F150 for this headache? If you are thinking about buying a Dodge Ram...you might want to consider Ford, Chevy or GMC. More
Everything went smooth purchasing a new 2020 ram 1500. The issue came with them paying off my trade in. It took several phone calls and a visit back to the dealership to finally get my trade in paid off, 3 1/2 weeks after finalizing the deal. New truck has been great so far but when it comes time for service, I think I’ll go elsewhere. The payoff issue has put a bad taste in my mouth. More
