I would like to take this opportunity to pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent service provided by the above named persons for their role in assisting my wife and myself for my p sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent service provided by the above named persons for their role in assisting my wife and myself for my purchase of my new 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 ST Pickup Truck. The sales price we finally agreed on was a result of respectful and responsible negoation of all parties. In the end, I feel the the price was fair and reasonable for both Greenbrier Dodge and myself. I might add that this is the third vehicle I've purchased through Greenbrier Dodge and each time the service gets progressively improved. I was not pressured and felt at ease and could have stopped the purchase at any time. As mentioned by Winfred, in his earlier letter to me, I look forward to long and superior service from my new truck and quality service from the service department when the truck needs servicing. Please pass along my heartfelt thanks to all. There is only one thing that remains outstanding it that; As originally requested, I disparately need a set of towing mirrors. The parts department advised me that there is a long backorder for this item. Any assistance that you may be able to provide expediting the mirrors will also be equally appreciated. Once again my sincerest thanks to all for a job truly well done. Best Regard to All Paul & Gerry Hamaker More
Susan Odeh is exemplary in her job. She served me, the customer, with care, respect, and efficiency. She was dedicated to a job well done. I felt my satisfaction with her establishment was important, even customer, with care, respect, and efficiency. She was dedicated to a job well done. I felt my satisfaction with her establishment was important, even though some of the concerns stemmed from another dealership's faulty service and damage. However, my initial need for service resulted from a recall. She immediately responded to my concern, kept me informed on the process, and followed up on the entire service from start to finish, never once waivering on her commitment to an excellent job. I appreciate the extra mile Ms.Odeh was willing to offer to get the job done well. She is a true asset to Greenbrier. Based on her tireless support, accessibility, efficiency and dependability, I would hope the rest of the dealership is held to the same awesome standard. Thanks Susan! More

Went in for 3000 mile oil change, took over 2hours and 45 minutes to complete a simple oil change and after I asked what was taking so long (at the hour and a half mark) I was told they had run out of oil... Myself and the 4 other people in the waiting room weren't told anything until I started asking questions. More

I would & have recommend Greenbrier Dodge to friends and family. My son traded in his Toyota Tacoma for a 1500 Dodge Ram two days after I bought my car, his friend totaled his Dodge Sport truck and bought another Ram. They both received the same great service. Knew What I was looking for As soon As I steeped onto the Lot, My First Visit I Was greeted right Away without Even being on the Lot within 3 Minutes. My Salesperson was very Knowledgable about the Vechicle Lot, My First Visit I Was greeted right Away without Even being on the Lot within 3 Minutes. My Salesperson was very Knowledgable about the Vechicle and broke down all the options that can come along with It as well. Only thing I didnt like Is that I was there for a very long time but I could understand at the time as there was alot of customers their all tryig to do business that day. Ended up coming back after we couldnt work out a deal but they had some new Inventory that came In and they called Me as soon as It came In and sent Pictures to my Cell phone and email address. Within 48 Hours I was back, tried to work out a deal and we ran Into a snag. Ended up leaving kind of upset, and thought I would try another delearship. Within a Week I was right back becuase No other dealership In the Area Didnt have what I was looking for and they was trying to force me to buy somthing I really didnt want or the Customer service everywhere else Just pretty Much sucks!!!!! So I must say I am a proud new owner of a Dodge Challenger, and If your In the Market for Any Dodge/Chrysler then this is the place that you need to go!!! More
My wife and I decided to purchase a newer truck to provide more room for an upcomming adoption. The sales people we dealt with at Greenbrier were very reasonable and I really couldn't ask for a whole provide more room for an upcomming adoption. The sales people we dealt with at Greenbrier were very reasonable and I really couldn't ask for a whole lot more from them. However, once the sale was made it was very difficult to complete the items that were owed to me, and I still have an outstanding windshield repair after TWO trips to the service department for that repair. Roland was our salesperson while Ed assisted him as the team leader. They were very friendly and easy to work with to get through the sale of our Dodge Ram quad cab. We were owed a new key and a fix to three chips in the windshield. After dropping off the check on a Monday(truck was purchased on the weekend), using Roland as a liason with the Service Manager, I set up a time on Tuesday to get the new key and get the windshield fixed. We set up a time for 1100, with the understanding that it might take a few hours and that I had to wait as I had no other transportation set up for that day. So I took time off for work on Tuesday to find out that the service department had no idea what I was talking about. After sitting back on the sales floor for over 30 minutes and talking to at least 3 other people who did not provide assistance, Ed took me back to service to talk to Greg, a service team leader. Greg was very friendly and helpful, however no appointment was made to fix the glass, so Greg did provide and program a replacement key in a timely manner, however another appointment had to be made. I was unwilling to take any more time off of work so an appointment was made for 11 on Saturday. After arriving at the service department on Saturday, shortly after they opened just after 8am, I tried to drop off the truck. Again the service person that was there had no paper work on my truck and had to ask the other service person who had a repair order but didn't know anything about it. There was no mention of appointment or the auto glass company comming to fix the windshield. I did leave the truck as they said they would take care of it, and then I got a call around 2pm that said it could not be fixed but they would make arrangements to replace the windshield. After all of my heartaches waiting to get my truck fixed, it will never see this dealership again, unless it has a major mechanical breakdown covered by warranty. I will allow them to replace the windshield, but it will have to be done at my house, as I will not sit around a dealership waiting for them to figure out what they are suppose to do. For sales I had a pleasant experience, but I did not feel that there was any help afterwards. The attitude seem to be that they had their sale, we don't care anymore. More
If this is how the Manager treats you I can only imagine everyone else. I can't believe that when someone calls in your dealership you can be so rude. In the past wi service. Was in and out in 3hrs with my new car, first time ever for me to do such a fast deal at any dealership I have ever been to. In the past with other dealers I was either there all day or had to go back a second time to finish things up. Paul V was awesome, he handled everything exceptionally well. Would definitely do business with Greenbrier Dodge again, no doubts about it!!! Thanks!!! More
First, let start by stating that Sales rep Winfred Toney ws bar none the best salesrep I've had the pleasure in dealing with. He was a true professional in his craft. Now for the not so good review of Gree ws bar none the best salesrep I've had the pleasure in dealing with. He was a true professional in his craft. Now for the not so good review of Greenbrier Dodge. I had traded in a Chevy Tahoe with a full tank of gas that I had just purchased early that morning and in return all I got was a measly $15.00 voucher to fill an empty tank of gas on a new Dodge Ram which only had 10 miles when I bought it. So in other words the truck had been on empty since the first day it arrived at the dealership. I was very disspleased with the fact that I had to pay a total of over $100 in gas in just a matter of hours....UNSAT to the Greenbrier Dodge management for that. I think in the future (not my future) they should even trade the fuel in the case of someone like myself trading in a vehicle with a full tank of gas. That is why I will never recommend anyone to Greenbrier Dodge! I also think that with Winfred Toney's experience and love for his trade he should work somewhere were his reputation is not on line due to the dealership's petty actions in this matter. "OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND!" is the taste I got after I signed the contract. More
