Two thirds through the sale I told you my wife contacted me needing to go to the ER. I asked if you could make things move and you did just that. You and the gentleman Brandon in finance/accounting dept really got me on the road. I had to bypass getting vehicle detailed and gas but I had to get home. I was able to get my wife to the NMCP ER where I spent the better part of the day. This is exactly why I intend to purchase my 3rd vehicle in less than a year from this dealership. Everyone I met was pleasant and outgoing from the parts lady to Amy in service. My son that you talked to thinks he wants a black Durango quad. So stay in touch and let me know when you get several in. Lastly, if you work with everyone like you did with me Saturday you will become one of the better sales professionals Greenbrier's had in some time. Good Luck and many thanks, Sincerely, Fred Sticklen USN-RET PS: This is the best truck I've ever owned, I guess that means I'm happy! More
After buying my truck from another dealership in the area, my wife and I decided to go to Greenbrier Dodge to purchase her new car, just to see how well they do. They were supposed to be big competitio area, my wife and I decided to go to Greenbrier Dodge to purchase her new car, just to see how well they do. They were supposed to be big competition to the dealership I bought my truck from, and since Greenbrier was the only dealership in the area at the time with the car my wife wanted, which is the 07 Caliber RT, we decided to buy it from Greenbrier. At first, everybody seemed very nice, answered all of our questions, did not try to steer us out of the way of what we wanted. So we get down to business, and do all the necessary paperwork etc. Well, the night be drove it home, that is where the problems began. To make a very long story short, at the begining of the story anyway, the issues that came up were severely cupped tires, worn inner tie rod, worn wheel bearing, and the fog light would not work due to a improper fog light module. We called the them the same day, and told them that the car was pulling to the right, that the fog lights would not work, there was a loud noise while breaking, and the tires are worn. It was too late for them to look at it that night, so they told us to bring it back the following day. We did not tell them the issues specifically because we wanted them to find them on their own. So we took it back to the dealership the next day, and after having to call them back after 6 hours without a phone call of what was going on, they told me that they confirmed the issues, and that the are waiting on the tires. We go to pick it up, and they only replaced two tires, and said that they could not find the other issues that would cause pulling or the loud noise while braking. So we drove home, and I took it to work. I just so happen to be a mechanic myself, and I got one of my co-workers to check out the issues for me. My co-worker acknowledge the issues with me, and I then called them immediately and told them the issues specifically this time, and that I wanted it fixed. My wife took it back up the following day, and they told her they would have the car for a couple days. And they also told her that they do not give out loaner cars. My wife got very upset, and eventually they gave in and let her take a loaner car home. She told me while she was explaining everything to the technician, he got a bad attitude, and got out and slammed her car door. She said things got really heated, and that he finally came to his senses after she said his customer service skills are a joke. Anyhow, they had the car for two days, and called us after they installed the tie rod, and fog light module, and told us we had to wait for the wheel bearing to come in and that they would call us when it does. Well guess what, they didnt call once again after 10 days of waiting. And then, the make us wait longer with having to make an appointment to get the part installed. So I took it up there to get the wheel bearing installed, and told them that I did not recieve a print out of the alignment that was done when my wife came to pick up the car last time when the tie rod was installed. They told me that it was not necessary to do one. Once again, I let them know that I am a mechanic, and that I know that an aligment is supposed to be done after the installation of any suspetion component on that level. So the told me that they would see what they could do. When my wife and I came to pick it up, we asked them about the alignment, and then they told me that the side the alignment machine is on is not up and working, and then try to add that it was not paid for to do an alignment. I was like, "we shouldnt have to, we are here because you guys sold us a car with all these issues". He tried to say that its not part of the service of the tie rod installation, and that it does not need to be done. He then said he would have to talk to his manager about it and see what they can do. Well, I ended up taking it to work again, and checking behind their work, and got the alignment checked, which was way off. I told my wife immediately, and she called them and told them. By this time, the realize who we are, and asked her. "how do you know its out?", "did your husband check it?". She said yes he did. And they asked her what time she is available to bring it in. So, on the 8th of October we have an appointment to get that done, hopefully this will be the last time we have to go there for service. All my warrenty work will be done at the "REAL" dealership. And just for more information about Greenbrier Dodge, I checked out two more of their cars on the lot that are for sale, and they also had severly cupped tires, so that make you wonder what else is wrong with them. And to explain my ratings, cusomer service is not good at all, I had to get somebodys attention for them to even know what I was there for after waiting for 10 minutes. Quality of work that was done so far had been good, everything is the way it should be after buying a new car. Friendliness was bad, they were only friendly when they thought they were going to sell you something, and could care less about my issues that were being fixed for free, and had the attitude like we were getting over on them. Overall experience was terrible, nobody should have to go through this after buying a 15k dollar car. The only thing that was good coming from Greenbrier was the price, but then again, I wonder why the let it go for that much. If you really want to have a fun experience buying a car, make sure it is not at Greenbrier Dodge. More
I recently visited the dealership with the intent that if I did not get was I was asking for my trade in the deal was off. After asking for the key to my vehicle about 5 times he still didnt want to give it I did not get was I was asking for my trade in the deal was off. After asking for the key to my vehicle about 5 times he still didnt want to give it back to us. I had to litterally yell at him in the showroom and tell him he was holding us hostage for him to do anything. He still didnt give us the key my wife had to reach over the counter and grab it out of his hand. He was very disrespectfull and some ordinary people may take this from a dealorship but I do not. I am in a position in the military in which I could have the dealorship blacklisted for taking advantage of people. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND them to anyone and I will discourage people from using this establishment.. More
I bought a used vehicle and have taken it back several times to no avail. It has a new transmission and my mechanics say that it needs a new engine. I told the GM within the three month warranty period bu times to no avail. It has a new transmission and my mechanics say that it needs a new engine. I told the GM within the three month warranty period but the GM refused to fix it or negotiate for something else and the vehicle hasn't even lasted six months. I am seeking other recourse now. This is my children's and my livlihood and it would have been easier to settle before I went this far or became so disatisfied. Everyone who has heard my story has stated that they won't be going to Greenbrier. I second that! More
After some credit issues, very few dealers were interested in a fair deal, only what they could "stick" me with giving me no room to negotiate or an honest effort at financing. Casi Maul was att interested in a fair deal, only what they could "stick" me with giving me no room to negotiate or an honest effort at financing. Casi Maul was attentive, understanding and helpful. He is only the second salesman I have ever attempted to develop a rapport with, and Greenbrier Dodge only the second dealer I have ever returned to after the purchase of a new vehicle. The first, ironically, was another Dodge dealer in Farmville, VA. On the other hand another Dodge dealership in Virginia Beach was one of the worst I ever had the displeasure of visiting and reeked of stereotypical "sheisters". Everyone from the salesman (Casi) to the credit managers, dealer manager and even employees I spoke to on the phone at Greenbrier were polite and helpful. They not only tolerated, but entertained my 4 young children, who ask to stop in whenever we drive by and see Casi. (Lots of bribing with ballons has nothing to do with it I am sure!) My second vehicle took merely a phone call to let Casi know what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Within a few minutes he had called me back and had a better truck than I asked for at the price I wanted. he didn't attempt to put me into a lesser truck at the same price or gouge me or upsell a higher price, and had the vehicle ready for me to pick up when I got there (I have purchased several Dodge trucks in the past so I knew exactly what I wanted). I got a very competitive price on both new vehicles I purchased, spending several thousand dollars under the MSRP, good financing rates, and it is very easy to get service appointments. Even though the service guys forgot to reset my wife's oil change meter, they jumped on it as soon as we figured it out, and had us back out in a few minutes! More
I pulled up and met Doc, he said everyone calls him that because he looks like a famous Basket Ball Player. Anyway he showed me the deal of the day, a Dodge Avenger just so happen that is what I was intere because he looks like a famous Basket Ball Player. Anyway he showed me the deal of the day, a Dodge Avenger just so happen that is what I was interested in. He showed me a black car that had some kind of liquid smeared over the back of the passenger seat. He then started the car for me and aske me to drive it up to the tent and pick him up there. As I got behind the wheel I hear a very descriptive story about how to perform oral sex on a woman. Thank God I left my kids at home. When I brought this to the attention of Doc he laughed and said the managers use the car to drive around in. I contacted the Manager of the dealership, left numerous emails and even called and left my number. I guess they didnt want to discuss the item any further. I took my buisness to a different dealership. More

I have had nothing but the WORST experience and service available. I have owned two dodge trucks previous to the one I have now. The first the service dept. ran into another vehicle and I had to pull teeth available. I have owned two dodge trucks previous to the one I have now. The first the service dept. ran into another vehicle and I had to pull teeth to get them to fix it. (Luckily it was only the mirror that got hit) The second vehicle they drove illegally. I got in an accident and when I dropped it off to be fixed I told them not to take it to get worked on yet because I had to figure some stuff out with my insurance, but they ended up driving it without my permission-the worst part is that I was at home and my husband called and said that he thought he saw our truck on the 464 and wanted to confirm the license plate-It turned out to be our truck and I called and asked service where my truck was and they said they were looking at it. So when I called them out on it they of coarse tried to back track. My husband ended up following the person driving our truck and they stopped off to pick up a friend while they were at it. Needless to say I didn't have it fixed there. So when we notified the dealership and told them how furious we were and how our plan was to press charges they said they would try make up for it. Well a couple months went by and my husband and I needed to get a bigger truck so we went to them. They had a nice truck but overpriced, so we went to hall dodge-It ended up being less and a better deal, but we didnt want a white truck-so we asked greenbrier to try to do the same deal, but the truck at greenbrier had less things on it and said they'd add the bed liner, and rear dimming mirror, as well as fog lamps. They lied and only put on the fog lamps. I had to spend money out of my pocket to have the truck be usable by putting in a bed liner (which ended up pealing only a few weeks after having it done.) The general manager Barry when we tried to schedule it to be fixed wouldn't help with a rental car claiming he had none and then told my husband he had one and then back tracked and said he didn't have any, he messed up our tags, my truck has still not been titled through the dmv and it's been a month. Also I had to schedule to fix the bed liner and service before I had to move for the military and he tried to pawn off the pealing of our Brand New bedliner off on us and tried to blame us and said it wouldnt be covered to be fixed any where but their, because when we had issues getting the rental and the scheduling we asked to have it done somewhere else. Its sad that he is mistreating an active duty member who has no choice of when they have to leave because they have orders and Have to report on a certain date and they delay that and cause nothing but problems. Meanwhile he has lied to my husband and I and insulted me calling me a liar and threatened us and told us he didn't want us coming back and didn't want our business because we said we were going to talk to the owner. Also their parts dept isn't much better we ordered fender flares-we wanted the big chunky black one's and they ordered the thin little black plastic ones, so having it be the wrong part we asked for our money back at first they said sure no surcharge or stocking fee would be applied since it was the wrong part, but then after having to call them on all our problems with our bedliner and service the general manager charged 20% re stocking fee! We of coarse went back and looked at our paperwork and the max they can charge is 10% so we had to argue with him just to have it lowered to 10%. I still don't think I should have to pay for that since it was their mistake! I would suggest that NO ONE and I mean NO ONE go and buy anything or take their vehicle down for service there. They will either screw you over by charging you too much, or lie about something, make everything inconveinent or lastly do something to your vehicle. I urge and plead people not to go there! More

I brought my 2005 Grand Caravan in because the power door lock switch on the driver's side door panel wasn't working. I had an appointment. After waiting over an hour the service advisor told me that they lock switch on the driver's side door panel wasn't working. I had an appointment. After waiting over an hour the service advisor told me that they needed to replace the sensor in the door panel and the cost would be about $116 and it would take an hour so I gave the o.k. and said I would wait. After waiting 2 hours, I went to check on the van. I was told they were looking for a computer to use so they could synchronize the codes in the engine and the lock. After waiting another hour, they said it was done. When the service advisor went to get the paper work, I was told the mechanic replaced THE WRONG part and the problem wasn't fixed. So I had to wait for them to UNINSTALL the wrong part. I spent 4 and half hours at the dealership only to be told they couldn't fix it. The mechanic thought it was NOw the control module. And the reason the mechanic thought it was the control module is "because he couln'd think of anything else it could be". I swear that was the service advisor's exact words. The service department doesn't have mechanics they have staff that install parts whether you need them or not. USe the service department at your own risk. More
