We were looking for a new vehicle for my husband. He has driven the same vehicle since 1994 and the past 7 years of that he has had no airconditioning. His truck was having trouble and we were just shopping around. When we arrived at Greenbrier Dodge we were greeted outside on a very hot day by Ryan. He was very friendly and energetic. My husband told him what he was looking for and Ryan said I think I have the right vehicle for you. He took us inside and offered us something to drink and then he went to get the truck. When he showed us the truck we thought it was very nice. We told him how much we could pay for the truck and he went to work trying to crunch the numbers and make it work. He came back to his office and was not able to get the numbers down to a number that we could work with so we thanked him for his time and we left the dealership. About 2-3 hours later he called my husband and told him to come and get his new truck. My husband asked him what he was talking about and Ryan informed him that he continued to work on the numbers after we had left and was about to get the monthly payment $.20 less than what we said would be a good payment. So my husband left the house and went right over and signed the paperwork and now we have a new vehicle. We want to Thank you Greenbrier Dodge for our new truck and we are enjoying it very much. I went in looking for a used truck I saw listed on the internet. I was greeted by Ryan Gatie and we found it had just been sold. I told him what I was looking for and left thinking this was the end of our internet. I was greeted by Ryan Gatie and we found it had just been sold. About 3 weeks later he call me and said " I have your truck, just took it in" It was just the type truck I had been searching for many months. Ryan made sure that all items that needed to be fixed were fixed and followed my truck through each stage of mechnical and body shop repairs, including stepping up when he felt body shop repairs did not meet his high standards.It was sent back for more work. The final result was a great used truck and a very fair price. Without Ryan's attention to each detail, I am sure that things would not have worked out as good as they did-he is a honest and hardworking young man. Was in an accident recently where my car was totaled, after doing some research went to Greenbrier Dodge to look at some new Chargers. The car was impressive on its own and Ryan knew when to provide additional information and when to let the car speak for itself. Bottom-line, Ryan and the Greenbrier team met my price and I was out the door within two hours of my arrival with a brand new vehicle. The finance dept beat my pre-approved loan rate also! This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from GBD, so they have my business as long as Dodge keeps making good cars and the staff keeps up their customer service. We went to several dealerships after our vehicle was totaled from an accident. This was the first dealership that we felt heard. We told him that we had seen an used dodge journey at a used car lot earlier in the day and decided we liked it and would like to see more so we could make an informed decision. He asked how we had come to pick out this dealership. We told him we had used the internet on our phone and it had led us to them. It was great that it had directions on how to get there directly from the website. Ryan then asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. He really wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and said if he had to special order it, then he would do just that! Ryan said we had to test drive each vehicle we were interested in to make sure we were totally satisfied with our new vehicle. We test drove several vehicles and it even started raining but that didn't stop him from making sure we were happy. I had a water bottle that I had bought earlier in the day because it was so hot that day and every time it got empty, he would refill it for me from their filtered water system. I am not used to being treated like I am so special! For me and my husband, great customer service is what helped us to decide to buy from Ryan. We will definitely recommend him to other people looking for a vehicle whether new or old because he will make sure they get exactly what they are looking for!! I purchased my very first new vehicle a few weeks ago from Ryan Gatie and my experience was above and beyond what I was expecting. I thought a salesman would be quick to try to sell me the first thing he could, but that was no where near the case. When initially arriving to the Greenbrier Dodge with my husband, we saw that Ryan had just been dropped off his lunch, and we immediately thought, "Ok, let's find another salesman." Nope, Ryan saw us right away, welcomed us, shook our hands, and asked us for our reason for visiting today. He then went right inside to put his food away and began sharing with us his immense knowledge of the lot. The entire time, I felt that Ryan was always looking to make me happy. Not wanting me to settle for anything less that what I absolutely wanted for my first new car. We had to order the car from out of state because my particular model with EVERYTHING I wanted was not available at Greenbriar Dodge. They said it would come in in about 3-5 business days. However, Ryan called me just 2 days later with the good news of my car was already here. Despite the expedited arrival of the vehicle, the interior was not the exact color that I had hoped for. The entire dealership supported my decision in ordering another car (from even farther away) in order to get me my PERFECT car. They were more than willing to do what they had to do in order to make me completely satisfied with my purchase. The new car came in just as quick and was EVERYTHING that I had expected!! It is my baby! My very first brand new car and there is not a single thing that I regret or wish was different after my purchase. IT IS PERFECT! I think that Ryan was the best salesman we could have possibly worked with. He was more than nice, but personable, real, and kept our entire experience light and fun. He was flexible in negotiating with me and again was very adamant in ensuring that I was comfortable with the payments.
