Had a very nice experience buying our new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500, Ryan Gatie was very knowlegeable about the trucks on the lot. He went out of his way to help us with our selection. 1500, Ryan Gatie was very knowlegeable about the trucks on the lot. He went out of his way to help us with our selection. More
Drove from the DC Metro area (on a work night) after working a portion of the deal over the phone. Got to the dealer before closing (midnight sale) and finished the deal and all paperwork on a Ram 2500 working a portion of the deal over the phone. Got to the dealer before closing (midnight sale) and finished the deal and all paperwork on a Ram 2500 that had to be shipped from NC. After shaking hands and ringing the bell I got in my traded truck to drive back up to DC. As I got inside my truck the salesman ran outside to stop me to let me know they had messed the deal up and gave me too much off the truck. They insisted I had to pay the $3000 mess they created in order to still get the truck. I know dang well If I told them I owed $3000 less on my truck than I actually did when making the deal, they would be calling me asking for $3000. Dealer is a fraud. More
On friday before christmas I visited GBD and met Joe and told him I was interested in a used charger for my daughter, the dealership was already closed at that point but Joe showed me the charger I was inte told him I was interested in a used charger for my daughter, the dealership was already closed at that point but Joe showed me the charger I was interested in, put dealer tags on it and let me have it for the weekend with an appointment on monday to finalize all the paperwork. Everything went smoothly and they were very helpful about putting stock rims back on the vehicle, which turned into an ordeal for the service department due to the tire sensors. It took awhile but everything was resolved and I was very happy with the service. When I was dealing with Joe he told me, that as part of the vehicle delivery, the car would be detailed and the gas tank would be filled up. Due to the length of time it took to resolve the tire issue, this didn't happen, at this point I was still pretty happy with the deal,I have bought 2 challengers from GBD an '09 and a '10 from Casi Maul and both times the detailing and fillup happenend without any issues and I thought it was part of the standard delivery service from GBD. Since this charger is for my daughter, I wanted to give it to her with a full tank of gas so I went inside and asked Kita for a voucher for the fillup. I was kind of shocked when she asked me if I had gotten that promise in WRITING, she then asked one of the "sales managers?" and he told her to give me a voucher. Overall I like Greenbriar Dodge, excellent prices, good service and a friendly experience but I have to say that, that one comment and how it was said has definately dampened my enthusiasm for dealing with GBD and unfortunatly has to make me wonder what kind of issues would prompt a response like that. He couldn't have because of my arthritus, we were a challenge to get approved because of the economy and other personal issues to do with my health. He couldn't have been more patient and kind. He ultimately saved up $136 a month on payment. Thanks Ryan. you have become our go to car guy!! More
I bought my car from Tank in July. There was a small dent and a small scratch on the bumper of my new car where someone had hit it in the parking lot before I bought it. I was given a "We Owe" at the t dent and a small scratch on the bumper of my new car where someone had hit it in the parking lot before I bought it. I was given a "We Owe" at the time of sale and was told someone would contact me within three weeks to schedule an appointment to fix it. Six weeks went by and no one contacted me. I called Tank who, after telling me it was not his to deal with, said he would get the right department to call me. By the end of the day, they had not, so I called him back and he told me to bring my car the next day and it would be taken care of, and I confirmed they would have a loaner for me. I got there the next afternoon after work, and there was no loaner available. I had wasted a trip (I do not live near this dealership). A week later my husband took the car back on a Thursday evening and was given a run down, dirty, smelly loaner. My car was there over the weekend, and when my husband called on Monday afternoon to see if it was ready, they had not even looked at it. An hour and a half later they called to say it was done. We go to pick it up, and they tried to charge us for the loaner and the work. Then I go around to get my car and the scratch is still there. I was livid. Someone goes to get Tank, who again puts the blame game out. It isn't his thing...someone else messed up...blah, blah, blah. We waited over thirty minutes, and no one helped us. I finally ended up leaving with my car...not fixed. This is not over. More
In my opinion, most people that are interested in buying a car, have already decided "what" car they are going to buy. What they need to know is "where" they're going to by. For me, the service department a car, have already decided "what" car they are going to buy. What they need to know is "where" they're going to by. For me, the service department is a HUGE factor in this decision. And that's where Greenbriar Dodge steps away from the rest. I can always count on Sarah to make sure that I am doing what I need to properly take care of my vehicle...even if I forget! Now I'm not saying that they get everything right and are some kind "Super Service" Dept...but I can definitely say, that due to the hard work of people like Sarah and Greg, that when I leave there from having work done, I DO NOT feel like I have just been taken advantage of. (a feeling that I have had many times at other dealerships) Service is a fact of life in the automotive world, and is one that I firmly believe that these people take very seriously. They are not perfect...but I believe that they have the full support of the management staff and will DO THE RIGHT THING! Keep up the good work...I'll be back! More

My husband's dream car has always been a Dodge Ram. One Saturday, I asked him if he had seen the 2011 Dodge Rams. When he said he hadn't, I took him by Greenbrier Dodge to see how awesome they look now. We Saturday, I asked him if he had seen the 2011 Dodge Rams. When he said he hadn't, I took him by Greenbrier Dodge to see how awesome they look now. We were greeted by Ricky "Happy Feet" Griffin. As his name infers, he was smiling and happy, very friendly, very knowledgeable about the product, and ready to make a good deal. He made us a deal we could not refuse. So we now have my husband's dream car, a gold, 2011 Dodge Ram pickup. After the sale, Ricky continued to provide excellent customer service by personally showing my husband how to work his new technology in the truck. Thanks Ricky, you have made us very happy with this purchase. Oliver and Deborah Joyner More
Sarah is always very helpful, very professional. Trys very hard to accomodate the customer with times/dates. She is great. The remainder of the service area I have had issue's with. They have on many very hard to accomodate the customer with times/dates. She is great. The remainder of the service area I have had issue's with. They have on many occasion's advised could not duplicate the problem, even when described. Then you pick up the vehicle & it makes the same noise or does the same thing you brought the vehicle in for...Which means now they have to keep it for another day.. I have had countless radio's replaced, problem, the radio changes channels on its own as you are driving. I still have the problem. While on a trip this past week, within a 4 mile distance, the radio, changed channels 7 times, each time I put the radio on the channel I was listening too, then what a surprise, it changed again...Our dashboard was loose, as they had to take it apart to replace the radio on one of the services. Brought it back, was advised it was fixed. What a surprise, its making the same noise again...This is a 2009 Dodge Journey, you should see the service record on this vehicle. Finally I think Sarah is a great asset to Greenbrier Dodge. However, I will never buy another Dodge or possibly a Crysler product again....Thank you for the opportunity to give you my opinion... More
