The dealership examined and photographed the problem areas, received factory approval for replacement, ordered the parts and repaired the car on the second visit. Very involved, required windshield removal. Vehicle returned clean and in excellent shape, a perfect repair. More

Great buying experience from Ed and Anthony. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I would give those sells reps a thumbs up. HOWEVER, The SERVICE center that is aattached to this o second car I have purchased from this dealership. I would give those sells reps a thumbs up. HOWEVER, The SERVICE center that is aattached to this organization is one of the WORST in the Tidewater Area if not the country. I have taken my first car back to them for an A/C problem 5 times for the same reason over the past 11 months. They keep putting patches on the problem and now the warranty is gone and they don't want to honor their work! Of course its all about turning a major profit for them. More
Mr. Toney was wonderful. I do not like to spend a lot of time buying or negotiating. We negotiated an agreeable price in a very short period of time. We found the car online, came in looked at the car, nego time buying or negotiating. We negotiated an agreeable price in a very short period of time. We found the car online, came in looked at the car, negotiated a deal, and left with the car the same day. Toney's can do, will do with a smile attitude made the experience pleasant. I will definitely recommend this dealer and especially "Toney the Tiger". More
Overall, we are pleased with our buying experience. Our experience would have been even better had the prices advertised online been the actual prices offered at the dealership. experience would have been even better had the prices advertised online been the actual prices offered at the dealership. Went here to buy a 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8. Their website stated they had two in stock. When I arrived, they had none, but offered to find one for me. They located one in New Jersey, and we began to make the stated they had two in stock. When I arrived, they had none, but offered to find one for me. They located one in New Jersey, and we began to make the deal. Anna was our sales person, assisted by Anthony. Anna was very inexperienced and needed help the entire time. We made what we felt was a fair deal and were told the car would be there within a week. We were contacted two days later stating they could not get the car we dealt for. They provided pictures and the window sticker of a replacement from another location, and it met our needs, so we agreed to continue. We were contacted and told the car was at the dealership and were asked when we could come in to do the paperwork, and we set a day. I inquired about having paint protection applied to the vehicle, and as the dealership was a 40 minute drive, asked if they could apply it prior to our arrival to save us a trip. We were told by Anna that was not an option. We arrived and completed all the paperwork, and while doing this I stated to the finance folks it was a shame I could not have had the paint protection applied to the vehicle before we made the trip. To this they replied that they could have done that, no problem. No I was unhappy. We made an appointment for the following day for the paint protection and told them to keep the car until the next day to speed up the process. While showing the car, Anna did not know very much at all about the car it self at all! If I had not done some homework prior to arriving, it would have been worse. She could not explain very many of the features of the vehicle, and was totally unprepared for any questions. Not a good feeling when you are buying a $50K car! We left and came in the next day to pick up the vehicle and again I was disappointed. We met Anna and we did a walk around of the car, it looked good and then she said enjoy the car and that was pretty much it. No tour of the dealership or the service department, no contact numbers other than hers, pretty much we got your money have a nice day. Got into the car to leave and noticed it only had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. The warning light came on half way home! Heard a rattling noise in the back of the car, it was a can of cleaning product they must have used to prep the car. Totally dissatisfied with the whole experience! I would go far as to say that if I won a new Dodge vehicle in a contest, I would drive 100 miles in any direction just not to set foot on that lot again. More
Military Stay away!!!! Bought my 2011 Dodge Ram last year and the first three months were nothing but problems caused by the service department (Dash, Passenger seat, ignition). Once you own your vehicle the and the first three months were nothing but problems caused by the service department (Dash, Passenger seat, ignition). Once you own your vehicle the Greenbrier Doge could care less about you. After all the problems I had with the service department there still calling me. Had to go to Suffolk to get it fixed. If you want a Dodge I recommend you go to Suffolk (Star Motors) Great service and have been happy ever since. More
