I had already purchased a 2007 Charger R/T and was content. After an invitation by AC Bell to come by the dealership, there wasn't much else to say. He took the time to cover the vehicle in it's entirety plus he provided me with purchase options. I wasn't sure what extras I wanted on the vehicle but he helped by providing all the information I needed in order to make the decision that he knew would keep me satisfied further down the road. He gave me the time I needed and when I was ready to purchase, he found what I wanted and had it delivered. It was all that I expected. Even after the purchase and pick up, AC has continued to provide support with any and all of my questions. Although every vehicle comes with an owner's manual that's never stopped him from going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. More

After long consideration of looking for a new vehicle I decided to look into this dealership. I was given A.C. I gave him a very strict time frame to get me out the door and he did not miss it nor did it seem to phase him any. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr Bell to anyone I know. BLUF: If you are going to buy a car, Call Ryan!!! Come prepared to buy and he will get you in the car, van or truck of your choice and the price you want to pay (or close). This was the second time I b prepared to buy and he will get you in the car, van or truck of your choice and the price you want to pay (or close). This was the second time I bought from this dealership as the first time was about 8 years ago when I purchased my wife’s 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. I must be upfront with my belief about buying cars, I will use an analogy similar to going to the ER, it almost always takes forever to get seen, and when you get there, it seems like it has been a full day, buy a car can be this way if you go to the wrong dealership. I had called ahead spoke with the internet sales rep, Donna, who they transferred me to Ryan, not that she was not able to support my needs, but she wanted to ensure that I was going to be supported during my car buying experience. As with any diligent buy, you do your homework, which is what I had done, not only what my wife wanted, but some extras I wanted. While on the phone with Ryan he asked a few more specific questions to understand what I was asking for, specifically the colors, options and stock numbers if I had them so he could be prepared for our arrival. When we arrived, the van was waiting for us and he met us near our van, he is very friendly, first impression is key the success, but for him the first impression was on the phone when we spoke. Ryan provided an excellent and very detailed over view of the van my wife had identified as the possible replacement. I will admit, I have never been given a detailed overview of a vehicle that I was buying before and I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge he exhibited and the time he took to ensure there were no questions, I also know that you can’t possibility know everything about the vehicle, but he showed me something else after the purchase, I will explain later.. I too understand and expect the salesman/woman to know the car/van/truck he/she is selling, otherwise why are you selling it. Ryan showed restraint when needed and wasn’t pushy to get the sale completed, he was honest, he was straight forward and I believe this was a key to his success in making the sale. He asked “What will it take for you to buy this van”…I told him…and it was done. Upon completing the first stages of the purchase process, you head to the finance shop, often times this is where you get hit with the “extras”, and seems to be a never ending tail of spending my money. Going into this learning from my previous examples I had already made up my mind as to what I wanted. I will hand it to Kita, she really helped out, let me explain. After understanding we were a repeat buyer, I commented on the finance I received from my bank, she asked if she can get a lower one will we do it. I said, yes, well, she did. She went out of her way to ensure we were getting the best bang for our dollar. She alone saved us $3000.00 on interest payments. This is something that will allow my family to spend elsewhere. Yes this was long; yes this had a lot of words to soak up. But if you read the BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front), you don’t need anything else. I had had two great experiences buying cars from Mr. Taylor at Greenbrier Dodge. I asked for someone who had worked with him and I was referred to Mr. Bell. Mr. Bell made my car buying experience pleasant. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to do anything. He was able to get the used car I wanted for my daughter and a very good price. Ms. Wilder was also very professional and worked hard to find us the best rate on financing the PT Cruiser. Thanks to everyone for being so enjoyable to work with. I can’t wait for hear that my new Dodge Dart has come in for me to pick up.
