This is likely the most satisfying customer service I have ever experienced. The atmosphere was relaxed and the employees appeared to enjoy their jobs. There were many customers but no one looked dissatisfied or frustrated. My salesperson, Gaythan, LISTENED to what I wanted and didn't try to over-sell me. He worked hard to get me the best deal for my trade-in. He constantly kept me up to date on where we were at in the process (even provided snacks and Gatorade) and was extremely easy to talk to. The finance person, Kita, was also very easy to talk to and understanding of my needs and price-point. She was very organized, knowledgeable, and very honest about the warranty options. Kita provided me a visual breakdown of the options so I could see the cost impact of my choices. I'm honored to have worked with Gaythan and Kita at Greenbriar Dodge and am completely satisfied with my new 2013 Dart (with bumper to bumper coverage!). More

I would recommend this dealership simply because of the professionalism, friendly atmosphere and the no-hassle free approach that was given. Donna Whitehurst, the BDC Rep was instrumental in making sure th professionalism, friendly atmosphere and the no-hassle free approach that was given. Donna Whitehurst, the BDC Rep was instrumental in making sure that I received the exact car that I wanted when it was not located at their facility. My salesman, Ronald Goins, played an integral part in making sure that I understood all of the details of the car that I wanted to purchase. Erica Donaher, the Director of Operations, made sure that everything was going smoothly as possible with the potential deal that eventually took place. Kita Wilder, the finance manager, took the time to actually explain the extended warranty options thouroughly without being overbearing which was outstanding!I received a phone call from Roland the next day to see how things were going with the vehicle, and Donna sent an e-mail to congratulate me once again on my purchase. The customer service at GreenBrier Dodge is fantastic. I am pleased with my RedPearl 2012 Dodge Charger R/T Max! More

I was in the market for a new SUV and after test driving well over a dozen (literally), i kept going back to the Durango R/T. His customer services skills were exceptional and his follow up has been most impressive since the purchase of my new truck. I love my new Durango R/T and feel that Dodge products definately give you more for your money. And American made!!! I went in to just look at one particular car, with no plans on buying, and left with a fabulous car. Mr. Winfred Toney made sure that I had everything I needed, including an oil change for my car and gas in the tank. Ms. Kita Wilder, the finaice manage, was very pleasant. She made sure that I understood everything in the contract and made sure that I knew about some added options, if I wanted them. I did not feel pressured to purchase any extra benefits, which I greatly appreciated. My father and sister have bought several vehicles from Greenbrier Dodge and Mr. Toney and I am happy to say that I will return for my next purchase and will refer all my family and friend to this dealership. Went to this dealership to compare their trucks with other models, not really to make a purchase. After a short conversation with salesman Ryan Gatie he bought a truck out for us to review. He took us other models, not really to make a purchase. After a short conversation with salesman Ryan Gatie he bought a truck out for us to review. He took us around the vehicle and quickly explained the features of the truck in detail. We took a test drive and came back to the dealership. After another short conversation Ryan made us a very pleasing offer on this truck. It was so good that I did not feel lead to haggle any more about the price, and decided to buy. Ryan was extremely knowledgable about his product, not pushy and quickly came to an acceptable deal. Rita was very efficient about the financing process and did not spend a lot of time trying to pressure us to purchase other items we did not want. She did get us a better interest rate than other outside sources I researched. In my 43 years of purchashing new cars, I have never had as good an experience as I had with Ryan Gatie, TC, Rita, John McDonald and Greenbrier Dodge. I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle. More

Purchased a '12 RAM Pickup. Thomas was extremely helpful and patient as I looked at several trucks before deciding on the one that was right for me. Even in the oppressive heat, he stayed with me through 4 and patient as I looked at several trucks before deciding on the one that was right for me. Even in the oppressive heat, he stayed with me through 4 seperate trucks! When I decided on one, the finance portion of the deal was just as pleasant (If spending that kind of money can ever be pleasant!). Kita was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She explained everything to me and went out of her way to get me the best possible rate and warranty options. The entire staff there was friendly and genuinely happy to be there and be a representative for the product they were selling. Extremely fair price, great overall customer experience. I would recommend this dealership and the people I dealt with directly to friends and family! More

We come from a small town and are used to dealing with the same dealership and salesman for everything so we were anxious about going someplace new. We didn't need to be! Everyone at Greenbrier Dodge was the same dealership and salesman for everything so we were anxious about going someplace new. We didn't need to be! Everyone at Greenbrier Dodge was very professional and friendly. They did everything in their power to get us into the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted and were so patient with us. We never felt uncomfortable or pressured into buying something we didn't want. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a car go see Ryan. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very customer friendly. We would definitely go back in the future. More
