Friendly, professional, understanding, and knowledgeable dealership. Went out of their way to find the right vehicle. Explained everything in detail. Presented the pros and cons of different vehicles, not dealership. Went out of their way to find the right vehicle. Explained everything in detail. Presented the pros and cons of different vehicles, not being pushy or overly aggressive. Knew when to back off and let me obsorbe the information and make a rational decission. Will recommend dealership to everyone. Thank You. More

Previously I purchase a 2012 Challenger SXT from Greenbrier Dodge that unfortunately was deemed a total loss due to an accident. I decided to return to the dealership because I felt that my prior ex Greenbrier Dodge that unfortunately was deemed a total loss due to an accident. I decided to return to the dealership because I felt that my prior experience with Mr. Winfred Toney (Salesperson), and Ms. Kita Wilder (Finance Manager) was superior. Upon arriving to the dealership for the second time to finalize a sale my mother and I were greeted very professionally by Ryan (last name not noted), a salesperson, and escorted to Mr. Winfred Toney with whom I had an appointment. Mr. Toney greeted us and showed us to his office and began to gather paperwork needed to complete the sale. While waiting, my mother inquired about year end promotions and incentives offered on 2012 models and whether or not Mr. Toney could ask the appropriate entities within the dealership what could be worked out. Mr. Toney got up from his seat very abruptly in what appeared to be a ‘huff’ and move about the dealership. From across the sales floor Mr. Toney called and signaled to my mother and I and asked us to follow him to the office of Ms. Kita Wilder. Upon entering the office Mr. Toney went on to explain to Ms. Wilder that we had some concerns that he felt she was better suited to answer. Ms. Wilder, whom is very patient, professional and customer service oriented asked what she could do to better explain the issues that concerned us. While speaking with Ms. Wilder it was discovered that the reason that we were taken to Ms. Wilder had nothing to do with the questions that were posed to Mr. Toney. After our real concerns were noted, Ms. Wilder spoke with Mike Neir (General Manager) and a sales manager (name not noted) and they were able to come up with a contract that was more appealing to my pocketbook. Ms. Wilder and Mr. Neir worked very diligently to locate a vehicle that pleased me not only visually but financially. While Ms. Wilder’s position is not a salesperson she answered every question that was posed knowledgably and efficiently. While attempting to locate one of my color choices for a vehicle from the selection on the lot, I toured the service bay with Ms. Wilder where a 2013 Challenger SXT was located and I met a member of the service team by the name of Fred (last name not noted). Fred was very friendly and willing to explain the ins and outs of the car I was viewing. While walking back to the office of Ms. Wilder, it was noticed that Mr. Toney was seated with other customers. Not once while I was with Ms. Wilder did Mr. Toney come in to inquire how things were going and what he could do to make things go more smoothly. Once back in Ms. Wilder’s office, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ed Donaher (Finance Manager) who took the time to explain the various color options available and begin assisting with locating a car in my price range in the color that I desired. Mr. Donaher was very pleasant and enthusiastic to be of assistance and was a great help. After solidifying my deal and being able to get through the finance portion of my visit, Ms. Wilder very thoroughly explained each detail of my contract and warranties and answered all questions presented. I’m tremendously pleased with the services provided by Ms. Wilder and Mr. Toney’s signaling me and my mother to her office was the best thing that he could have done for me. My rating for my second experience with Greenbrier Dodge is solely based on the quality of services provided by Ms. Wilder, Mr. Donaher, Mike Neir, Ryan and Fred; all whom went out of their way to be of assistance in my purchasing needs. Mr. Lassiter made things go quick and easy. He was very talkative and made it a friendly atmosphere. He did a lot of the paperwork up front that made the whole process quick. I was in and out in about 3 talkative and made it a friendly atmosphere. He did a lot of the paperwork up front that made the whole process quick. I was in and out in about 3 1/2 hours. Ms. Kita (I don't remember her last name) was extremely helpful as well. She explained in detail everything financial and made it easy to understand. I will say this is one of the best - if not the best - car buying experiences I have had. Sincerely, Allen Hughes More
We were very lucky to have been greeted by Ryan Gatie when we arrived to look at the 2012 Dodge Journey. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We told him exactly what we were looking when we arrived to look at the 2012 Dodge Journey. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he searched the inventory for us....we didn't have to follow him around a hot lot looking at cars, as is what happens most often at other dealerships. This was very important to us as we had our 2 children with us. Ryan brought a vehicle up front for us to inspect closer. After being in the car sales business for 3 1/2 years myself, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with his very thorough explanation of the features of the vehicle. I have NEVER been educated about a vehicle with such detail and knowledge! I also appreciated that when he was reviewing the engine features, he directed the information to BOTH my husband and I. As a woman, I often find that salesmen direct all of their sales efforts towards the husband....BIG mistake...especially since this vehicle was for me and I was the one making the final decision. Although the vehicle we looked at had most of what we wanted, it didn't have everything. Ryan worked with his manager to locate a vehicle for us EXACTLY the way we wanted it and had it brought in to his dealership. The entire process was relaxed and easy. Ryan maintained a great level of professionalism throughout and was wonderful dealing with our children as well. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan Gatie and Greenbrier Dodge to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle :) More

I have been planning to get one for over a year now but I just didn't want to depart with my old Caravan but the Sale representative Thomas Gray convinced me it was time to go NEW. It turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Mr. Gray and I cannot thank him enough. Please consider him for an on the spot award or promotion for making this sale possible because I really needed to be convinced that I needed a New car. I would have definitely left without a brand new Journey if it weren't for Thomas. Take care of this man, he deserves it. Sincerely, Hector J. Chavez Dodge Journey Owner 757-232-1687 More
I gave a good rating because Thomas and Kita worked to get us a new car within our means. Brandon B. Was unhelpful and pushy. We asked direct questions regarding the possible price and possible payments get us a new car within our means. Brandon B. Was unhelpful and pushy. We asked direct questions regarding the possible price and possible payments we could face. Brandon could not give us a clear answer, even sending Thomas in to speak. When this hapoend it confused us more and angered us. Brandon then sasked us "you want this car?" "do you want this car?" We were in shock because at this time he wrote on paper using green marker, this-> $7000 down &60 month paying $564.00 . He was out of his mind, with my husband having a 680credit score, then asking me to cosign and still put 7k down. We asked how come, Brandon still give no answer only that with credit you need to start somewhere....?? Really Brandon?.... I excused myself and called Navy fed and was offered a way better deal. Nonetheless, we wanted the journey I paced in the parking lot I ran into Kita. I explained everything that just happened and the fact we want to buy there but the deal we were being sold just didn't make sense in this day of uncertainty. Kits stated she understood, and asked me to come back inside for a fresh look. I agreed. My husband and I met back up with Thomas as Kita advised him to continue working the deal. (remember Thomas helped us before Brandon came over to sell his hype). Long story short we want to thank Kita and Thomas for a GREAT deal on a new 2012. We LOVE IT and will send our friends and family to see GREENBRIER DODGE. I'm no car salesman, but.....Brandon could learn not to pressure people into loans. He may need to understand people are smarter than they look. Long as Brandon is there I cannot willingly send anyone I know to greenbrier dodge. Im too scared my little sister will get suckered into a $700 car note for a Dart. More
I had a very bad experience with Dodge (the issue was with the car, not connected to this dealership at all) about 8 years ago. When I started looking for a new car, my only requirements were 7 seats, no with the car, not connected to this dealership at all) about 8 years ago. When I started looking for a new car, my only requirements were 7 seats, not white and NO Dodge. Well, my husband convinced me to at least look at what Dodge had to offer (after about 5 other dealerships). The Dodge had everything I wanted plus more and for a reasonable price. Winfred was very patient with us, listened to my complaints/hesitation and went out of his way to reassure me that Dodge is a different dealership now (as did several other employees that we came in contact with at the dealership). I felt very comfortable with Winfred and decided that it was worth giving Dodge another try. The only other problem I had was that the only car left on the lot with everything I wanted was white! Winfred managed to find us another car on the lot (that was just off the truck and had not even been unwrapped & processed in yet) that wasn't white. It was a slight step up in features so the cost was going to go up a bit. Winfred worked his magic to get us the vehicle with $1300 more in upgrades for about only $500 more in actual cost! It really was a great buying experience and so far, I am pleased with driving my Dodge. Who knows, if all goes well, we could be back in a few years when my husband is ready for a new vehicle. More
