I tried to purchase a Dodge Challenger last JANUARY, 2013. I spent 2 ½ hours in the showroom with salesman Gaythan Lassiter. I could NOT get ANY calculation details of costs, to do a transaction, from G 2013. I spent 2 ½ hours in the showroom with salesman Gaythan Lassiter. I could NOT get ANY calculation details of costs, to do a transaction, from Gaythan or the sales manager. I couldn't pry all the costs out of them, to even BEGIN a negotiation! After 2 ½ hours, I was exhausted and felt queasy about doing any business with them. I gave up and left shaking my head. No one qualifies for their advertised internet prices. Afterwards, I learned from Liz Cunningham(internet-sales), the sales people never even revealed $1,000 (over sticker) of extra dealer-options. Greenbrier Dodge isn't forthcoming with any information. HOW DO THEY SELL ANYTHING? I even decided not to by any Chrysler product, because the corporation allows deceptive/non-transparent sales practices. Where do these good reviews come from on this website. Do not believe or rely on them. My father had problems getting their service dept to fix problems with his Dodge Nitro. He sold it. I'm writing this review AUGUST 2013, because this dealer STILL has that same Challenger I wanted to purchase, in their inventory. They could have sold it 8 months ago. I guess ENOUGH people buy cars w/o knowing purchase details to keep Greenbrier in business. More
Travis is a honest person who happens to sell cars for a living. What he says to you he means. He doesn't make sales promises, he tells you what he can do to help you honestly. We got a terrible offer on our trade in, so we decided to sell it ourselves. Travis told us he would check to see if he knew anyone who might be looking for an older vehicle. He called me two days later with a lead. Not what I expected. No pressure, no forcing a new vehicle in place of an old, we were in control and he was there to help us. Anytime I need another vehicle I will go to see Travis and will recommend my friends do the same. Thanks Greenbrier Dodge for hiring quality people. More

Kevin Wilder was our salesman, and was as pleasant as could be. Our intention, initially, was to discover pricing, options, and start seriously thinking about what we wanted in a new car. Fortunately for us, Kevin, John, and Ryan worked tirelessly to try to find a particular colored car with the options we wanted. Alas, that was not to be... which probably turned out to be a good thing. We chose, instead, to purchase the very vehicle we had initially test drove. Kevin's patience (especially the patience), John and Ryan's perseverance, and all three's teamwork combined the "car of our dreams" with very good rebates/discounts and left us very pleased with all involved. Kita wrapped up all the financing quickly and efficiently, which was a very pleasant surprise! I cannot say enough about the positive purchasing experience we had at GreenBrier Dodge! More

Lesa (Internet Sales) was very pleasant to communicate with over the phone and she was empathetic to my remote location, budget ranges, & vehicle requirements ; ensuring vehicles meeting those requirements where available to view upon my visit. It was a pleasure working with Anthony (Sales). The sales staff was patient ,thorough, and knowledgeable about their products . I found them to be focused and responsive to meeting my criteria's, ensuring I got into a vehicle; that I'm delighted with. I was given a thorough tour a the facility and services available to me. Although I've yet to utilize the vehicle service department, it looks to be very organized and clean. Like a shop I'd assume to be focused on quality workmanship; a place I'd consider having service my vehicles. Kita (Finance), was also a pleasure to work with. She was friendly ,thorough ,and knowledgeable; effectively communicating all financing and extended program options available to me. My wife and I went to see Toney to trade in a vehicle that we purchased from another dealer that will remain namless at this time. Toney found us a 2007 Suzuki XL-7 that was perfect fit. Toney did not pressure us or try to put us in a vehicle that was not a good fit. He was professional, polite, courteous and answered all of our questions. Kita in finance was a massive help in getting us financed as we were upside down in our other vehicle. She got the deal done and now my family and I have a safe reliable vehicle. More
