The worst experience of my life. Bought a vehicle lately and before I bought it there was a noise I was not comfortable with. The sales man gave me a document to sign saying they will fix the problem if it persist. Two weeks later vehicle gave me problem and I had to tow it to the mechanics at Greenbrier Dodge. They wanted me to pay for them to fix the problem when they had already promise me they will fix it. I had to pay for them to fix the noise that was there before I purchase the vehicle. The Gentleman at services had a very bad attitude and was not polite, apologetic, sympathetic and was very rude. I would discourage anyone from buying a vehicle there. More

I initially started out my search for a new Ram truck online, I immediately started a correspondence with Liz, whom was very pleasent to deal with and very helpful with the online aspect of the process. online, I immediately started a correspondence with Liz, whom was very pleasent to deal with and very helpful with the online aspect of the process. I made sure to take my time with the process to find the best deal I could. As I searched from Maryland to Raleigh for multiple dealers, Greenbrier kept coming up on top and my search was soon over. I made the trip up from the Outer Banks and was greeted by Liz who directed me to Waverly my sales person I would be working with. I told Waverly what I wanted to have included in my truck and he guided me to the Ram that I had described.He was friendly, efficient, professional and very easy to work with. My next stop was with Ryan the finance manager. Ryan sure does know his part of the business. He had us in and out in no time. My prior past experience's with this part of the process was dreaded, But Ryan made it painless. Once again, very professional, courteous and expedient. I would highly recommend Greenbrier Dodge of Chesapeake, Virginia over and over again. A sheer pleasure to work with. Also in closing, kudos to the detail guys, my new Ram game out spotless to drive off with. Thanks Greenbrier, your a pleasure to work with, I'll be back. More
