My sales person was Casi Maul, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also spoke with their general manager Rob Jones and he was also very supportive and friendly. Best place to get a Dodge, especially a Ram truck I've personally bought 4 vehicles from here and have brought at least 8 friends and even family here to buy vehicles. It is that great of a place! Casi Maul is fantastic salesman and I would suggest anyone/everyone go to Greenbriar Dodge if you are looking for a vehicle, ask for Casi and he'll take care of you. xxxx, ask to see Ray and you'll get a chance to see what a stand up guy he is and why his employees are great. It's more of a family than dealership. This is actually the first review I've left for anything, good or bad. I read them all the time to get a feel for what and where I purchase just about anything and that's why I had to write on here. I can't express how happy and pleased I am with Greenbriar Dodge, the team that works there (especially Casi in sales and John Danella and Ray), and the warmth and courtesy they provide while helping you find what you want at a great price. Would not give wriiten numbers Had been communicating with Liz in the inernet department for a few weeks. Finally decided to go in looking at a 2014 Ram 1500. Worked with Mr. Toney Had been communicating with Liz in the inernet department for a few weeks. Finally decided to go in looking at a 2014 Ram 1500. Worked with Mr. Toney he did fine. Set me up for a test drive over night which was good. However in taking the Truck back and picking up my trade, I asked how much they were giving me for my trade, Mr. Toney told me $11000.00. Than I asked how much would the price of the Ram be with my USAA pricing, he never gave a price. He kept saying do a credit app and have your wife do one online. I told him I needed to see the numbers and the bottom line. I left the dealership with out seeing the numbers. SInce, than one email to Mr. Toney and two to Liz telling them show me the numbers. All they said fill out a credit app. Never told them for sure if I would even use their finance department. Just tonight another email, asking for me to complete credit app, their words: "After all that is what it boils down too!" Shocked once again, sent email back to Liz, told her what it boils down to the bottom line, what is my USAA price, the amount for my trade, and taxes and fees so I can check my credit union. Beware, they have not been fortcoming and honest in the price, or ACV for trade, never gave me written numbers. Hope this helps others. Not sure how they have had some good reviews. More
Very poor service department I recently purchased my 2nd RAM from Mr. Winfred Toney. Both times my experience was absolutely top notch. This is where it ends. Over the course of the last 4 years the service department at Greenbrier Dodge has been mediocre at best. Through all this, I continued to get my truck serviced there until this past weekend. I was in 2 weeks ago on a Saturday for my vehicle's first service. I was told I needed an appointment, which is a change from the last time I was there. No problem. I made an appointment for this past Saturday at 7:30am. I showed up at the dealer at 7:15 for my appointment. The garage doesn't open until 8:00am. Strike one. Once I was checked in at 8:05 they proceeded to park my truck outside. I watched 3 vehicles go before me and none of them were there before me. Besides, I had an appointment. Strike two. Once I saw a 4th vehicle come in, I had enough. I went to the service advisor, Kaitlynn, and asked why. Absolutely no response. I explained that I made the appointment because I didn't have the ability to leave my truck with them so I was waiting for it. Another blank stare. Strike three. I asked for my keys so that I could leave. I would also like to mention that every time I went in to the service department prior to this it seems there are always new personnel. Not a good sign. I would also like to mention that I went to a local shop that I use for my older car and within 45 minutes of walking through their door I had a complete service and tires rotated. And, this was without an appointment. Unless I require warranty work, I will likely not go back to Greenbrier Dodge for any service. It's just not worth the headache. One last thing I want to add: when it's time for me to buy a new vehicle, I won't hesitate to go back AS LONG AS Winfred Toney is still there. More
Deceptive toying with customers! Was toyed with. Manager offered me a price. Said would u take it for $21500 and we can wrap this whole thing up today. I asked if i could drive it one Was toyed with. I'll be here when you get back let me know what you decide. I called salesman a hour or so later and said i would take it and asked for a tank of gas and i would take care of cleaning it up as it was filthy. He said he would let his manager know. His manager called a few minutes later and said he didn't actually offer to sell it to me at that price. He said he got in trouble with his manager for going so low. How could he be in trouble if he never offered me that price? He was the used car manager. He showed me the sheet with all the numbers of what they had in it. We were only 500 dollars off. I dropped the car off and left keys with the salesman. After returning home I called and offered him one more chance to honor his price. He said no. Will be contacting GM and owner with a comment on how disappointed I am with their integrity practices. More
