Automatic Window Broke first 10 days of purchase Just a bought a used 2008 Liberty with all the bells and whistles. I purchased this vehicle on September 4th 2015 and 10 days later my front passenger Just a bought a used 2008 Liberty with all the bells and whistles. I purchased this vehicle on September 4th 2015 and 10 days later my front passenger window motor started rattling and my automatic window broken (as in could not roll back up or down on it's own) Thank goodness this is somewhat of an easy fix. I could actually repair this myself and will, but based on Principal I contacted the dealer and spoke with the Financial office who covers the Warranties and they said they won't repair it that the warranty does not cover it only the power train for the next 6 months. The next day I contacted the sales woman I purchased the vehicle with and she explained to me "It's an old vehicle and there is no evidence it had problems before you bought it, but I recommend you purchase our extended warranty and additional $2500. +- to cover anything else that might brake on the vehicle. The only problem is, the financial officer explained to me that the additional warranty only covers the Power Train so what the heck use would purchasing a warranty be to repair a broken window motor of a vehicle I just purchased from them just days ago? My recommendation when you are purchasing a used car anywhere and especially here, try out and use excessively all of the features to a vehicle before closing to make sure nothing was on the verge of braking or malfunctioning already and then make sure they will cover anything that brakes prior to purchase. I had them repair a broken windshield at purchase and knew to have it included in the contract but I did not know about the passenger window until days after. More

Even though he came up empty he was still extremely helpful. Offering advice on the financing side. He was extremely nice and informative. He went above and beyond the call of his job as well when he helped me look for my lost phone. You always hear how bad you're doing at your job. I just wanted to give a shout out to Ryan for helping me out! More

I had contacted Greenbrier Dodge late Thursday night and by Friday morning, I had an email from Jessica saying she was excited to help me get into the vehicle I had inquired about. She set me up an appointment for 10AM Saturday and was very helpful with answering my questions. My own vehicle, a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 Quad Cab, was starting to show it's age so I wanted to see if it was possible to get me into something newer, even though I still owed some money on the truck. My husband and I sat with Winfred Tonney, explained our financial situation and where we would like to be and Mr. Tonney had an immediate idea for a vehicle for us to look at. While we did not get a chance to test drive it, as it was still so new to the lot, we decided on the 2009 Dodge Durango, even after test driving a Jeep Liberty that was full loaded and what some would probably consider a much nicer vehicle. Mr. Tonney did all of the work for us. He pulled both of our credit scores as we decided to go in on this vehicle as co-owners. He worked with whoever he needed to in order to get the payments to a place that was affordable for us. He got my truck appraised and I was happy to see the appraisal was exactly in the range KBB suggested it would be for a trade-in. After giving us a tour of the dealership, explaining where the Service area was and suggesting which one of the Service Managers he personally would see, Mr. Tonney left us in the care of Arsenio Mojares to get an extended warranty and sign papers. Mr. Mojares also made the process very simple. He got me a great rate from BayPort Credit Union that was actually better than my prioer auto loan through Navy Federal. He got me a great extended warranty for 3 years or 30,000 miles, which, while I am hoping I won't ever have to rely on, will come in handy if needed. He also transferred the tags from my truck onto the Durango. All paperwork with the DMV, the banks, everything was done by the dealership and I couldn't be happier about that. I am still waiting to actually pick up the Durango, as I said before, it was so new to the lot, the service techs had yet to go over it with a fine toothed comb. I am hoping I get the call within the next day or so to pick up my new car, as I am very excited to start this new journey with probably the nicest vehicle either my husband or I have ever owned. While we spent the majority of the day at Greenbrier Dodge, the experience was a pleasant one. The staff at this dealership will go out of their way to be sure you are comfortable and there is never a feeling of being pushed into a sale. Thank you Mr. Tonney and Mr. Mojares, you made the experience as easy and stressfree as humanly possible. More

They want to tell you what you want instead of you telling them what you need. I had a 10 am appointment and left after 6 pm. Was not happy and they didn't give a crap! Items were promised to me and over 2 months later, still haven't received all was promised. My trade was sold less than a week after trading in and I still had the second set of keys. Sorry to the other number who purchased it. Every time I go to the dealership, everyone runs away! I request to speak to Ray Kantowski to thank him for allowing me to purchase a vehicle from his dealership and nothing. I even called and left a message, and nothing. I tried to contact someone on fixing what they owe and I get a generic email from the sales person who sold me my vehicle, saying someone will contact me on purchasing a vehicle. I refuse to go to this dealership, even for service or parts. I've been dealing with Southern and Hall. More

Over the course of 2 days, Aaron spent approximately 11-12 hours (!) with me as we explored options and worked out the details of a complicated logistical situation. He and the team there went the extra mile to make it work and gave me a fantastic deal on a gorgeous truck, while never trying to hide anything in the process. All costs and fees were always laid out in detail and there was never a question where money was going. He showed himself to be worthy of full trust because transparency and correct information were paramount in his process. I only wish I could stay in the area to continue dealing with him and this dealership! More
