Fed Up!!! This is my first time taking my car for repair at this dealer. They don't stand behind their word. I got a diagnostic test, they told me what the problem was so I gave them the ok to fix it. They came back and stated that they could not find the part no where in the USA which I know that was a lie because I went online and found many places that had that part. They was pleasant in the beginning making it sound like that had your best interest in mind, but they don't. I paid for the part in advance thinking it was going to be here in three business days they lie I had to wait almost two weeks. They didn't know where it was coming from and they couldn't have it overnighted. they were nasty after they got my money. I would not take my bike to them to be fixed. They are the worse. More

Service Department is Terrible I have had numerous issues with the service department at this dealership. To the point that I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them. I have had I have had numerous issues with the service department at this dealership. To the point that I do not recommend buying a vehicle from them. I have had a couple of recalls for my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. The first required me to take it into the dealership to have fixed. I called the number on the card I was given and got an answering machine. I left a message and was told I would be called back. I never was. Then, I tried to schedule an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I called to schedule but was put on hold for 10 minutes. While I was on hold I was able to get on their website and schedule the appointment online. I made the appointment for a Monday that happened to be a holiday (I don't remember which one). I found it weird that they were open on holidays but thought nothing much of it. I get a confirmation email and phone call stating when my appointment will be and at what time. I show up on my appointment date and the service department is closed. I go into the sales floor and ask to speak with a manager but of course they all just went into a meeting and can't be disturbed for at least 30 minutes. Instead of wasting any more time, I left. I rescheduled the appointment and showed up to get my oil changed. I waited by the service representative offices for about 30 minutes before one of the mechanics finally had to come over and ask the guy in front of me how long he had been waiting. Forty minutes. So the mechanic then stopped one of the service reps and had to tell him that that guy had been waiting in line for 40 minutes and needed to be seen and that I was next. Now, my truck cab is leaking every time it rains. My wife called the dealership (I am currently overseas) to set up an appointment to have it looked at and was told to not just show up at the dealership because the 'leak specialists' are not always there and they will call her back once they find out when they will be by the dealership. That was three days ago. I am to the point of not even bothering with the dealership and going straight to Dodge to get the problem fixed. More

lacking in customer service They are all super nice when they are getting you to buy the vehicle, but as soon as you need something after the sale all you get is the run around. They are all super nice when they are getting you to buy the vehicle, but as soon as you need something after the sale all you get is the run around. We had a "they owe us" on our brand new truck for a sprayed in bedliner. After several calls to get this scheduled we finally had to get the manager involved. Now we find out that the maintenance plan that we purchased was canceled and no one called us to let us know. And of course no one has offered our money back either. No one returns phone calls. We will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. More
