First time buying, long time service Buying 9 weeks ago I ordered a new Charger at the dealership. Prior to coming in for the order, I sent them a few questions through their website. The responses from Brittany were prompt and through her learned the ins/outs of the car ordering process. While the actual ordering process probably took longer than it should due to some computer issues, it was easy the people were friendly. During the time the car had been ordered,, Brittany kept me up to date on the status and cheerfully tolerated the various questions I asked. Communication was prompt and informative. Once the car arrived, they even took pictures and attempted to text them to me. Yesterday was the actual purchase process, with Mr. Toney. While it took around 2 hours, everyone was friendly and informative. Various folks chatted with me about the car while we waited for financials and that type of stuff. Once the financial information had been put together, Kita was to-the-point and didn't try push the extras. Her & Winfred were both a pleasure to work with. Service I had been having my car's serviced at Greenbrier for awhile after deciding that Hall didn't deserve my time or money anymore. They always complete all the work & will communicate if they run into expected items. Additionally, you don't find yourself standing around waiting for someone to interact with you after pulling into the department. They quickly get you to the service manager. My only complaint here is that what's entered through the online appointment setter does not seem to transfer into their service software, so they have to re-key everything. Inefficient, but it gives you an opportunity to confirm each piece you want done. They will typically let you know, as well, if there's recommended service. More

Fair and honest I bought a new Ram 1500 with some minor nicks on the hood. The sales manager promised I could come back and have my pick of a replacement hood.
