Ignored calls; skipped maintenance Initially, this dealership did a good job of taking care of my 2003 VW, but that soon changed. No call backs when I left messages multiple times. And when I did get in, ignored VW suggested maintenance and only did my lube, oil change, tire rotation request, ignoring, the "whatever else is needed" request. As a result, found out the hard way of all the maintenance they should have done, but didn't do. Thankfully, found a good, reliable, and honest VW dealership, though much farther from me, who brought my car back up to snuff. More
