We have bought 6 cars from them but no more. Their ethics are deplorable and it consistently is getting worse. I took the car in and they accidentally broke another part. Instead of owning up to it, they said it’s not their fault “parts” approved the install and not a mechanic, which makes no sense. Then when I pointed out the female mechanic looked at it and sent me to parts to order it, the man/splainer said I should not have asked her (with derogatory emphasis on that word). As I was leaving, a separate guy that I was not working with said the part was already broken when I drove in and he saw it. A blatant lie as they would have wanted to fix that too. More
Service advisor Brian was pretty much a jerk. I made the appointment for an oil change but he said most people leave as it may take all day. I assume it’s not a quick lube or express service. He said they service the cars in order as they come in. Why make an appointment then? I will go to One Stop for any future oil changes. I chose Toyota for this oil change to have good cell service to hopefully fix my service connect so I could utilize the app on my phone. Still will not work More
For the cost of repairs and service at a dealership, I expect good service and communication. To my knowledge, the repair was done adequately, but the communication was poor. I told the person I was working with 3 times to change the cell number associated with the account. The number was not changed and I was not informed of updates with my car. I had to call both days in order to find out if my car was finished. The first day, it was finished for several hours and I was not notified because they texted and called the phone number I asked them not to use; because of this I was 45 minutes late to an appointment. The second day it was the same type of situation. This was something that could have easily been avoided. Communication about the repairs was not very clear either. It was a very frustrating experience. More
They refuse to refund the VSC as required by law. I gave them all documents outlined in the contract. They ignored me in person, on the phone, via email. They finally gave me a company that processes cancellations. This company doesn’t process cancellations they are paid to help them avoid them. They have no contact information and require documentation that is not possible once you sell a vehicle. I found contact information if you want to hire this company and they told me the whole scam when I acted like I was a dealership. More
