Nelson was nice and professional. I did not like it that it took from 19 February to 12 March for my vehicle to be completed which is unacceptable. That was almost a month and it's ne I did not like it that it took from 19 February to 12 March for my vehicle to be completed which is unacceptable. That was almost a month and it's never taken that long for any of my vehicles to get fixed. Also, these days diagnostics take too long. I had received a call almost 2 weeks ago saying that vehicle would take a couple of days and it took this long 12 March. More
