Bad Experience, Would Give No Star If Possible First, they claim that the truck that was still listed on their website was sold. Ok, that happens but wouldn't you know that when a customer comes to First, they claim that the truck that was still listed on their website was sold. Ok, that happens but wouldn't you know that when a customer comes to the car lot a requests to see that specific truck. That was only a very minor issue. The salesman said he had another truck close to it and that it was $40,000. Cheaper than the one listed on their website. Ok so far so good. Test drive went fine. We told the salesman what we wanted to spend and if he couldn't meet our terms then no problem. He said shouldn't be a problem. We didn't want to waste his or our time. Just be upfront and honest. Well, we got nothing but dishonesty. They manipulated the numbers and gave us an unrealistic payment. I noticed that the price of the truck he quoted went from $40,000 to $51,000. Asked as to why he stated that they had to take away incentives to get me a better interest rate. 3.39 % isn't an awesome interest rate. 0% or 1.9% is awesome. We got frustrated and left. It's all good though, I went to Five Star Ford NRH and got the same exact truck with better terms than I had asked from the salesman at Grand Prairie Ford. SAve yourself a lot of time and headaches and go somewhere else. Try Five Star Ford NRH, they know how to treat customers. More

The "Out to Lunch Bunch" I purchased my '17 pickup new from GPF and had a lovely experience doing so. I thought I'd get an oil change and general checkup for my pickup since I purchased my '17 pickup new from GPF and had a lovely experience doing so. I thought I'd get an oil change and general checkup for my pickup since I am coming up on owning it for a year. So I set up an appointment to take it in. Drove into the Service facility; waited about 5 minutes for somebody to go out and welcome me. (I was 5 minutes early; maybe only the first or second customer there at that moment, in that area.) Nobody bothered. So I got out and went in thru one of their many doors. Walked down the hall and saw 3 service reps standing there chatting away with my pickup in full view. Cutting to the chase, I was told that there would be a 1 1/2 to 2-hour wait. For an oil change--with an appointment?! Really?! So I quickly left and headed on over to Valvoline, where they're always glad for my business and certainly treat me that way. Grand Prairie Ford's Service Department team was so worthless. The attitude was such as they were out to lunch and I was on my own. I'll find another dealer to do warranty work and similar follow up stuff. But I won't be bothering the worthless nitwits at Grand Prairie Ford's Service Department again. More
