I worked with Minnie in the process of purchasing a truck. That experience was great and she was very helpful. When I drove off, I realized that the remaining oil life was only 10-15%, the fuel tank was only 1/4 full and the DEF reserve was about 50%. I was under the impression that all of these items had been done - oil change, fuel fill and DEF fill. Since I live in the Austin area, and was visiting family in Ft. Worth, I did not take the time to return to the dealership to see if any of these could be done there. More

I clicked on the get a price button and a sales rep called me and said the price of the Bronco Sport was $32,685 as it showed online. Also, I found the dealer was offering far less than the trade-in amount indicated by the online tool. I went expecting some negotiation on trade-in and then writing a check. But I did not expect I was going to have to negotiate the price. When the dealer advertises a price and gives me that price on the phone, I expect to pay that price. I finally bought the car when Mr. Smith got close to what I wanted. However, I don’t appreciate the deception and it was not a pleasant experience. More

On arrival at appointed time and much whispered discuss in another office the advisor told me that Grand Prairie Ford could not do the instructed service as listed in the Ford TSB without first going through their on diagnostic procedure so I could be charged more $$ to correct a Ford software issue that should’ve been a recall, but instead the dealership is doubling up what should be for the procedure.. What a racket. The service department give used car salesmen a good name. More
