I had a brake light issue with my new Promaster purchased here. The service advisor, Kaden, was quick and efficient at scheduling my appointment for early the very next day. The next morning we were greeted here. The service advisor, Kaden, was quick and efficient at scheduling my appointment for early the very next day. The next morning we were greeted with friendliness and professionalism by Kaden, who quickly got our vehicle back to the mechanic. He gave us several updates to keep us informed of progress. When the repair was finished, he clearly explained what was done and why. Kaden was a top-notch professional who represented his company as if it were his own. High marks from us! Thanks. More

The order process went very smoothly with no attempt to guide us into another vehicle that they had on the lot. The entire experience was very positive. From the time we first placed our order, until it was delivered, the salesman, Curtis kept us informed as to the status of our order. When it arrived at the dealership, they got it cleaned and detailed and we were able to pick it up the next day. The delivery went without a hitch, and we were quickly out the door enjoying our new Jeep! I highly recommend Grand Junction Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

I did some research all they did is slap a sticker on the front window and called good, I have a paper trail to prove it to. and I had to fight with them to fix a couple of thing but I had to buy all the parts and there are still parts have to buy and replace.and it a three year old vehicle...they didn't offer me any comp like oil changes stuff like ...pretty much they told to we can't do anything so yea..service ok but I wouldn't let them do anything but oil changes and that about it .... POOR EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE As a local business I try to keep local money local, that said is why I went to the local jeep dealership to buy a OEM TPS for my 23 year old xxxxbox. Yes this rant is not over a $35,000 fiat badged JEEP. First off Brandee in your parts department is the blame of this review. I even told her one was coming, and she was like Why? BECAUSE YOU DID NOTHING, NOT EVEN THE BARE MINIMUM OF YOUR JOB! ok so long story short a $90 sensor failed after less than 4 months, had to go and buy one from Autozone, least theirs works! So I bring in the OEM sensor for warranty. You expect a reciept for your items right? She refused to provide me with a reciept, that I gave her my item, let alone anything pertaining to a warranty. anyways fast forward to today I go back in to pick up my sensor. Brandee was more worried about playing on her computer than to even acknowledge a customer exsistance. a different person told her x2 "you have a customer". she just hands me a sensor, in no bag or box, no receipt not even a hello. I ask her where is the original box/bag why is it opened. where are the x2 screws it is supposed to come with? Miss attitude brandee gives me this look like im a problem taking away from her playing her computer games...finally she grabs a package and says here...ok where are the screws? its an open package how do i know you didnt just hand me a used one from your service dept. seriously WHY did I not get what I was supposed to receive untampered with, without the attitude and without being provided with a receipt and a "Hello". I for one will just take my measly jeep parts purchases elsewhere, I sure can get my OEM parts far cheaper online.
