Poor customer service We own several Jeeps/Dodge/Chyrsler vehicles we bought new and have had no problems at other dealerships. The customer service in the service departme We own several Jeeps/Dodge/Chyrsler vehicles we bought new and have had no problems at other dealerships. The customer service in the service department at the Grand Junction Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership was very unprofessional and dishonest. We bought a new Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited Edition from them and within a few months had a malfunction in the rear latch resulting in a broken rear window. The main Chrysler corporation assigned a case number to our vehicle because it was covered under warranty . Our new vehicle was in this dealership for over a month with no updates or correspondence from the service manager assigned to our case (Mark). We paid the individual who placed our rear window that is contracted through the dealership out of respect. When we picked up our vehicle the service manager (Mark) closed our case without reimbursing us for our window. I had to go back to the Chrysler Corp and get a new case assigned to us to get reimbursed for the window. The chiseler corporation indicated the previous should not have been closed by the dealership until everything was complete. Don't waste your time We leased a brand new Dodge Durango and came to realize the agreed purchased price was not correct in the paperwork. After realizing the price mistake We leased a brand new Dodge Durango and came to realize the agreed purchased price was not correct in the paperwork. After realizing the price mistake, a lot of back-and-forth happened, but nothing was changed. Also a few days later when we removed the “advertising” front plate we found our brand new vehicle having four holes on the bumper. Why the punched those holes in the bumper? They They putted 4 holes on the bumper and covered with the advertising plate, they also tried to punch two more at the black section under the area they punched 4 holes. We contacted the salesman who sold us the vehicle, but he never returned our message. I don’t recommend purchasing any vehicle from them. I honestly wish I could undo the deal as I can't bypass the bad feeling I got with this purchase. I can't forget to mention that while negotiating the vehicle, Grand Junction Chrysler "agreed" to the price we were negotiating with a condition that I would give them an A+ Review. At the moment I didn't see why I wouldn't, so they handed me a tablet to post the review and as I mentioned above the price was not the agreed price on the paperwork. I should have never given them that review until after the entire deal was completed and satisfactory. More

Sold car right out from under me during making the deal I had been working a deal on a new 2017 Challenger for over a week now only to have them sell the car right out from under me. Emailed Heather Friday 6/7 I asked for a buyers agreement to send to my loan officer and inquired about the shipping, Sat I asked her again for this information. Mon 6/10, I get an email from her telling me she was off Fri and Sat but she was going to check on the shipping and would get back to me. A few hours later, I get "Sorry we sold the car this morning." Seriously, we have been working this deal and they sell it out from under me without even a "Hey, we have a buyer but you are first because we have been working on it with you." BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
