If it wasn't for him I don't know if we would have bought anything at that time. He worked hard for us to get us the deal we wanted. Sales manager Mike came out and talked with us as well and did everything he could to make the deal happen. They have restructured the service department, so Ill see how they are when I take our New Ram in for service. Thanks guys, we will buy there again. More
DATE: January 4, 2005 We were looking at used cars DATE: January 4, 2005<br><br><br><br>We were looking at used cars just before New Years and found one we liked, on your lot, a 1997 Buick LeSabre Cus DATE: January 4, 2005<br><br><br><br>We were looking at used cars just before New Years and found one we liked, on your lot, a 1997 Buick LeSabre Custom, Sedan, VIN #1G4HP52K0VH568103. We returned first thing Monday 12/3/05 and spent a couple of hours checking it out. We took it to a mechanic and drove it around. When we came back, we were ready to write a check for the car, when the sales manager told us it was sold. He said it had been bought and paid for over the holiday. Why didn’t the salesman, Benjamin Higgs, know the car had already been sold before we spent all that time. Of coarse it was a nice car and a good deal that’s why we were interested. . The salesman Ben was very apologetic and we do not blame him in any way it was his manager that told him it was sold.<br><br> I cannot believe you do not have better communication in your organization. What a disappointment for us and not a very good way to run a business.<br><br>In the past we have owned two Chrysler’s and a Dodge Caravan. We have always had our cars serviced at the dealer and have been happy, until recently. I do not appreciate being treated like a second class citizen as we were treated recently by your service department. We had a brake problem with the Caravan and got the run around to the tune of several hundred dollars only to be told the problem was not fixed.<br><br>In light of the problems with your dealership; I doubt we will be buying another car from you, in the future. <br><br> More
