Called to schedule installation of remote start kit for my Jeep Wrangler. Explained that door had to be unlocked with a key and was told by parts department that they would have to order a special kit for my Jeep Wrangler. Explained that door had to be unlocked with a key and was told by parts department that they would have to order a special kit for that. They called the next day to say kit was in. Scheduled appt in 2 weeks. Dropped Jeep off at scheduled time. 5 hours later they called and said kit was installed but didn’t work since door needed a key to be unlocked. Said they would have parts person review the recording of our phone call and give me a call to reschedule when they got correct kit. Haven’t heard back. Having kit installed elsewhere next week. Disappointed because I have had good service at this dealership before and was expecting the same this time. More

I needed warranty work completed on my 2017 Dodge Charger. The service was atrocious. Six visits to get it fixed and I still have one remaining issue left with which they have not contacted me to sch Charger. The service was atrocious. Six visits to get it fixed and I still have one remaining issue left with which they have not contacted me to schedule. I question if dealerships are reimbursed for warranty work and that is why they don't fix it correctly. I cannot believe its the quality of the technicians but rather the culture they are having to work under. I feel they are directed not to fix it and create a new problem that won't be covered under warranty or not fix it and hope it falls out of warranty. More

I had to have a new catalytic converter installed on my Hellcat. Work was done right on estimated time. I was kept informed throughout the process by text messaging. Bought a oil change package from the dealer but it expires before I can use it. Neither the dealer or Chrysler will extend the pre purchased package. It was for my Rubicon and the mileage builds up expires before I can use it. Neither the dealer or Chrysler will extend the pre purchased package.
