They will do anything for a sale, even skim over high priced unwanted options that the sales person knew I wasn't informed on. They didn't use my GM employee discount and tried to tell me they did. When I asked for an itemized account of what was extra that made the price higher than MSRP and show they used the GM discount it took 3 days to get it emailed. The sales manager Carlos said "you signed the contract, we didn't hold a gun to your head". He also said they don't HAVE to use the GM employee discount if they don't want to. They did refund 1/5 of the overpriced options I didn't understand where included but I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Even the General Sales Manager said the statement about holding a gun to my head should not have been said. Then he said he would call me back and now a week and half later I still have not heard from anyone. If you go to this dealership make sure you pay VERY close attention to anything you sign and watch for hidden fees and extras. I was naive and too trusting. Lesson learned even without a gun to my head!! More

I got a text from a dealer name Nathan from Graff chevrolet asking If I would like to come in and look at a new car. I said yes and we were off. Nathan took care of everything, I wanted a specific chevrolet asking If I would like to come in and look at a new car. I said yes and we were off. Everyone seemed so nice. I bought a new car from them and after driving it for a few days i noticed it was damaged! Wow i was really disappointed so i called/emailed/texted multiple times to make sure that i after driving it for a few days i noticed it was damaged! They just keep pressuring me to come in person even though its a 40 minute drive ( which i told them many times ). I keep telling them that i needed to make sure everything was in line before i went up there. Everything seemed ok but of course once i was there they bounced me around to different departments and ultimately telling me that there was nothing they could do! HA what a joke. So I was in luck that Nathan P. had taken a picture of the car before i drove off the lot, and i was able to show them that. But regardless this means that they were telling me they were not responsible for this damaged car that they sold to me unless I had proof, which means that they DONT inspect cars properly before they sell them. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SALES. PS i think that if i had NOT brought up the fact that they didnt document the damage done to the new car and then sold it to me anyway they would have never helped me. I was lucky enough to know someone who knows how the industry works. So unless you are like me they will most likely find a way to get you to show up in person and then always present you with a run around that results in the customer paying up cash or leaving with wasted time and energy. WOW - What lack of service So, I shop online and find the exact car I want. Talked to a sales person, showed him the stock number, he looks it up on the computer, says I will be right back with it. I go to the bathroom, come out , and he is just standing there. He states that this car is in Sherman Texas. Then why is it being displayed as it is in Grand Prairie? He further goes on to say that if we complete the paperwork and get things in order, then can bring the car down. Do these dealers really think people would purchase a vehicle site without being scene? What is it with these dealers.... Just amazing. All they are worried about is the signature.... Needless to say, this would be the last place I would recommend to people let alone ever walk back into this dealership. I can't wait to see their canned reply, please call us so we can be of more service. I read all of their online reviews, and that is the only reply they have, please call us back and talk to us.
