First I call them and they tell me that my suv needs a new transmission but I tell them is still under warranty and next day they call me to let me know that was a mistake that was an another suv whit and new transmission but I tell them is still under warranty and next day they call me to let me know that was a mistake that was an another suv whit and the a customer whit the same name that’s crazy plus I ask for a car in till they fix my suv and they said to call another dealer to ask for it and sure, pick up my vehicle and is doing the same thing so now I’m going to take it to another dealer so I’m never going to buy or take any of my vehicles to this dealership and I ready buy 2 vehicles form this dealer but never again More

The service was ok, it took two days for my truck to be ready and I took it in for a recall. They never communicated with me on the status of my vehicle until I started calling them first. Caution to all potential buyers: Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. My personal experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I was forced to escalate m caution when dealing with this dealership. My personal experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I was forced to escalate my issue to upper management just to cancel an extended warranty, despite sending them multiple emails. What's more disheartening is that I am still waiting for over six weeks to receive my $10k equity check back. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. In light of my ordeal, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this unscrupulous dealership. Their actions are a disservice to the reputation of all dealerships, and I urge you to avoid them at all costs. More
