The salesman was outgoing and not pushy. I did not feel pressured to purchase. However I did expect to receive a follow up call after purchase just out of courtesy in giving Boucher buisness I did not feel pressured to purchase. Instead I received phone calls days later about my trade in and loan information in regards to payoff. It seemed there were loose ends in the deal which in my opinion is very unprofessional. All details in regards to buying and trade-in I thought would’ve been taken care of during the process. Requesting us to come back in to sign missed paperwork when we live a decent distance away is inexcusable. My wife and I picked up our “delivered” truck after sale. To say it’s been detailed or cleaned I guess there are low standards these days for when purchasing a vehicle. New or used, the standard should be the same and reflect the quality and professionalism of the dealership. Finding the previous owners balaclava in the back seat and previous owners information/paper work. Not to mention in the back of the glove box was the cabin air filter cover. I just assumed the tech forgot to put it on. I was even more wrong, there wasn’t one even installed in the vehicle. Big deal? No but frustrating none the less. I expected the truck to be gone through and inspected but once again standards must be low in a rush to make a sale. I have purchased 3 prior vehicles from Boucher dealers. In the future I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere. More

Katie Kirby has put so much effort into resolving some issues that I had with extended warranty. She has gone on and above the call of duty to get the best service for my vehicle. It took 3 service appointments to repair and reset my electrical warning. I question why I needed to replace an alternator on my 2031 vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Katie accused me of po electrical warning. I question why I needed to replace an alternator on my 2031 vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Katie accused me of pouring red wax on my battery. This did not appear on any of the repair videos. The hood of my vehicle was not opened after my last oil change at Boucher. A service mgr who didn’t give me his name said he would speak with the mechanic and contact me the next day. I am still waiting for his phone call. Due to Katie’s belligerent attitude and the lack of customer service Gordie Boucher has lost 2 customers. More
