Robert was awesome. This by far wS the best service I have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. He called in 8 minutes and said to bring it in on Monday for a hood replacement and he needed the car for 2 days. He call on Tuesday at 10 am and said it was done. And the paint matches perfectly. Great experience at the Ford Dealership in Menomonee Falls. My husband and I would often make frequent stops at the Ford dealership just to browse the array of vehicles. I was looking for a Ford Escape in a very distinct color. I came in to take a test drive one afternoon. We found that our Salesman, John Hassell extremely helpful. He knew a lot about the vehicle and answered our questions with ease. I loved vehicle I test drove, however it wasn't the color I desired. The manager and the sales team were able to find a match to the vehicle we desired. The overall experience was such a pleasant one. Customer Service was excellent. More
