Had the vehicle I wanted in stock, it was washed and waiting up front when I arrived. Buying experience was good overall, however the finance manager was very aggressively pushing “extended warranties” waiting up front when I arrived. For instance the first time I was presented with payment “options “ there were 4 to choose from but all had extra (non-factory) services and warranties built in. I hate to think how many people fall for this and overpay for the vehicle (I didn’t but know more than the average buyer). More
